    League 1 Champions?

Blades will win it. Have the stronger squad. Swindon could still do it, nobody's talking about them. If Sheff U and Donny slip up, Swindon will be waiting. Cov to go up in playoffs!

What the Ricoh has done for Coventry

The whole situation is a big old mess and i get the feeling it's going to get worse before it gets better. Sad thing is that i think the Ricoh has the potential to be a great home, but that will only happen when the finances improve (where's the Knight in shining armour?!?!?) and people stop...

    What's your favourite City kit

My favourite kit was the Hummel one worn between '87 and '89. I thought they made excellent kits. In fact i'd like to see Cov play in that style of kit again, rather than plain sky blue or stripes. Why not play in a Blackburn style shirt but obviously a sky blue version?

    Robins Rating.......Fans View ?

You're right, it's far too early to judge. He's doing ok considering though. I can't see Cov in bottom four come Jan. Slow progress but better than dropping another division.

    How much McGoldrick

Barnsley are after him. Forest might want to keep him though if there goalscoring doesn't improve. I can't see Cov being able to keep him at the Ricoh at all. Shame, he's been fantastic.

    Plain or stripes?

Stripes for me. My earliest memories were of City in stripes winning the cup at Wembley. Maybe if the club reverted back to stripes Cov's fortunes might change for the better. A long shot, but worth a try.

    Next Four League Fixtures...

Swindon - draw Notts County - lose Brentford - Draw Leyton Orient - Win 5pts from the next four games isn't ideal, but not bad considering all the problems both on and off the pitch this season. Moving in the right direction though and that's the main thing.

    Predictions for Saturday

I was thinking a 1-1 draw, but i'm going to stick my neck out and say it'll be the first home league win of the season. 2-1 Cov. Last minute winner from a corner!

    Is it really that bad?

Probably true! We need to win all the games against struggling sides.

    Macca

You would have thought given his age and experience, not to mention love of the club, that he would lead by example wouldn't you? Maybe that's the problem though, maybe he cares to much and the whole situation is getting too him? The more probable explanation is that he is actually past it and...

    Is it really that bad?

It is worrying, but the main thing is that somehow Cov have stopped losing, and haven't lost for the last 2 games. Cov have played better earlier in the season and got nothing for all the effort. Every club needs a little bit of luck sometimes to stop the rot. Hopefully those positive results...

    terry retires from internationals

Don't want to get into all the legalities surrounding John Terry, just want to say that he's been a fantastic Centre Half for England and we'll struggle to replace him in terms of determination and spirit. He put his body on the line every time he put on the shirt which is what playing for...

Mark Robins, a manager saying it like it is.

I personally wanted Mark Robins as manager as his honesty is like a breathe of fresh air. Too many managers try dressing things up in the modern game, usually to save their own skin. Robins isn't like that at all. He'll only give credit where it's due and that's the way it should be.

    some praise

Like the sound of that pie! The vidi printer was broken for most of the second half on Soccer Saturday, so i figured the 0-0 scoreline would change to 3-0 once fixed. So imagine how good it felt to see the actual full time score. Not punched the air like that in ages. Well done lads. It...

    Portsmouth- what on earth

You're right, as a club they've learn't f*ck all. It should never be the case that a team in administration can sign better players than a team trying to manage their debt and as a consequence become an ailing football club. It's almost rewarding total failure.
