    Good, bad or indifferent start?

Although the performances haven't been great, it has been an unbeaten start to the season, which is good in any division. There's a bit of pressure to get the first win, but i'v no doubt that will happen this weekend. I've gone for a 3-0 win against Bury, such is my confidence. 5 points from...

    TITLE ODDS -slipping a tad

Me too! The odds won't get any bigger than that this season. Defiantely value for money. :)

    Feeling good.

I agree. The pressure must be heavy on the players shoulders, what with the weight of expectancy, so it was always going to be an uneasy start. With that in mind and all the new guys 2 draws from the first 2 games is ok. Could have easily won both as well. A win on Saturday and things will...

    The Ricoh Experiance

I think some people complicate things. Football's a great game because of it's simplicity. Sometimes i don't know what people expect to get from an afternoon at the football.

Will Saturday make your mind up one way or the other?

I believe that you should be patient, at least until around the 10 game marker. At that point better judgement can be made. I personally think a point away at Yeovil won't look too shabby come the end of the season. Nor will a point at home against the leagues favourites. Bury won't be no...

    ATTENDANCES - Reality Check

It would make a lot of sense if the club DID slightly massage the figures for financial gain. Probably need too given the amount of rent that needs to be paid each month, robbing B******s.

I'll go for Woking. What do we win?!?!? :)

    The Ricoh Experiance

Great post, i feel your pain, but supporters of EVERY club experience the same things and emotions. The trick is to ride the not so good times out and get behind the team as best you can. That's what being a supporter is all about. The glory days are few and far between afterall. It's ok to...

    Ricoh gets a train station

I think its great news. It can only be beneficial. Improved transport links will always improve attendances, even if it is just the away support! ;)

    Your expectations for tonight?

Draw wouldn't be a bad result against one of the best teams in the league. Although i do think Cov will win.....just.

    Bets for Tonight

That's what i think will happen. A good bet to have.

Could Coventry be shut out of Ricoh?

Hopefully it will all be resolved soon and we'll hear little about it for the rest of the season at least. Promotion will take the sting out of the current financial situation. Unfortunately, that puts a lot of pressure on the club to succeed this season. I can't imagine the problems staying...

    Doyle reception

Totally agree. You can't fault his efforts. He'll probably score for Blades tonight, which is how it usually goes. A very good League 1 player.

Coventry v Sheffield UTD matchday thread.

Not sure of team or formation. Cov to win 2-1. Cody to score both. Last minute winner. Att: 11, 863.

    McSheffrey

I'm sure he'll pull his socks up in the next few weeks. I can't imagine him being rubbish all the time. He's still got a lot of ability. Maybe it's just time for him to move on?

    McDonald

Worrying about his injury. The way he took his goal he's destined to get 20 plus goals this season. He's always had the potential but now it's time for him to fulfil it. No better opportunity for him than in league 1.

    striker!!!

Both good players, David Connolly especially. Would take him.

    Adam Barton

Will he pass his medical though? :thinking about: It doesn't sound like it and would probably be for the best. If he was any good PNE would have tried to hang on to him wouldn't they?

    jonathan forte/lee barnard

Both are good players, they would be good additions at League 1 level. Both would be better signings than the guy from Preston. Stop AT, before it's too late!
