    Monday Summary & Thanks

Well said, I totally agree too. I took my lad and my “Blue-nose” father-in-law for his first visit to Wembley in 40 yrs. (the only disappointment was the lack of “shit on the Villa” I had promised - perhaps due to the family-based crowd?). 3 generations going we all wore retro shirts and had an...

    Congratulations

Very noble..... on that subject - stuff it up the angry Notts man next year on your way to promotion.

    Wembley Tickets

We we in "the gods" for the checkatrade, and I was keen to get closer to the pitch this time. I waited nervously for other blocks to open and am over the moon with tickets on block 124 that became available yesterday. The printed tickets aren't the same as the 'stubbies', but we are going...

    Ricoh rumour

I was at a Weatherspoons the other day, tea-bagging some bloke in the gents. He told me his mum's best mate has a neighbour who once went out with one of the proclaimer brothers (don't know which one). He went to school with Presley who as school chums confided in each other to come down to...

Best away game you have been to this season?

MK Dons. 7,000 of us, 1-0 down in a dour first half - then 3 great goals in front of the fans, all outfield players running to the fans. Stuff memories are made of!!!

    Geoff Foster

I don't think legally, morally (!) it could or would happen, but I would go - as would tens of thousands of others.... Wolves would take 12,000 themselves for their end-of-season-promotion-fancy-dress-party... Ps - do you remember Cov v Wolves at the end of the season a few years ago... 1-1...

    Most inspired signing ever

Peter Ndlovu. Bought for pence, sold for millions. He, along with Kevin Gallagher and big Dion made Coventry a real attacking threat. A true professional...

    Could the replay be televised?

The replay is on Tuesday 17th - and NOT televised. Looking forward to another session with Aljazira TV!!!

    Thanks but sadly no thanks

To MK fans and owners - great club at a great stadium. With wins coming from behind both this year and last - expect a big away following next season - that is if we are in League 1 with you. That will give you time to get the top tier open and more staff recruited. The lad singing at half...

    Round 2 draw

Kiddi away... Wrexham away... Tamworth away... Or Northampton away - I hear they have a lovely stadium...?

Best player for Coventry from the 90s

The greatest times in the 90's were when we had a BLISTERING attacking force - Huckerby, Gallagher, Ndlovu.... Whilst Dublin was a great aerial threat, Peter Ndlovu was perhaps our most exciting player ever.... "Oh-oh, oh-oh, on the wing it's Ndlovu..."!!

Question for those living outside of Coventry Re. the future of your support

I work in Brum, live in Soliull. I too support the NOPM line and will not go to Sixfields. The away game at Wolves was a reminder of the passion and pride we have as CCFC fans. Wolves forums talked about us celebrating the equaliser as if we had won the FA cup - they weren't far off the mark...

    Shrewsbury Away

Looking forward to it already - the 'buzz' of the away games is going to be an enjoyable distraction from our home game predicament.

    Walsall Away Easter Monday

That's the one - I think it was 1-1, played in glorious sunshine. I still have the 'Ribero' red and white mottled kit. The 'buzz' that came with the away support is reminisent of some of the games we have had this season. My next-door-neighbour-but-one is a Walsall fans - makes his poor kids do...

    Walsall Away Easter Monday

Got my ticket today - could we sqeeze MORE than 4,999 in to the decripid Bescott stadium???? Memories of away games in the early 90's - I remeber away at Everton (when we played in red) when we sang all through the half-time break. What a following.... PUSB.
