Just read that some bonfire nights around the country have been cancelled….why? They‘re outdoors,in that case, you may as well cancel all outdoor activities - where’s the science & proof behind these twatty decisions for Fawkes sake?

Who are you complaining to? They're entirely independent events

and? You are made it should like loads of bonfire parties were being cancelled due to the covid transmission when in fact it was LCC who had cancelled 6 15 minute displays as they don't feel they can handle the logistics of enhanced checks

Proof of Covid Vaccination needed for NEC
It is NEC policy for anyone attending an event, unless they are exempt, to show proof of covid vaccination before entry.

The card you received when you were vaccinated will be accepted as proof.

How many people still have those cards?

How easy are they to fake? (very)

Its a mess. The government guidelines for events are that vaccine passports should be checked as a requirement of entry and that masks should be worn but as they've removed any legal requirement it's now down to individual events & venues. So its not being applied by everyone as we know.

Try and go to either of the arenas in Brum, Academy, Institute etc and you'll be checked and refused entry without your vaccine passport. But turn up to the match tonight and no checks at all.

There was talk a few days ago that the Premier League would make vaccine passports a requirement for all games but that seems to have gone quiet. Expect if they did bring that in it wouldn't be long before the same came in for us.

This is a common complaint from music promoters. With no mandated system in place its left for each promoter to decide how they enforce the guidance. You can't insist on people using a secure vaccine passport app for example when the government don't make that a legal requirement.

Think it would take a special type of idiot to fake a vaccine passport / test result to get into an event and put others help at risk but as we saw with festivals over the summer it was commonplace.

For someone who doesn’t believe in the scientific process, you sure do spend a lot of time using the fruits of it.

Also: I’m calling troll here purely on the use of “free thinkers”

No, he's not a virologist, you idiot. But he's now the closest thing we had to Professor Luc Montagnier. Have you heard of him? He was (yet another) discredited and defamed physicist. His crime was daring to talk about ADE on live TV. You know ADE don't you, you plum? That's when the body fails to use its natural immune system to halt a virus because another immune system has taken over.

But he has lost his credibility among the flock (that's you by the way). Just imagine his "peers" no longer hold him in esteem because he goes against narrative the pharmas are pushing. In this climate, anything peer reviewed is questionable.

You're the fucking dangerous one.

So many words and yet none of them are anything to do with why people don't take the word of someone who is not a specialist and was easily laughed at because his basic maths when talking about Sweden was wrong.

I'm take the word of the vast majority of virology experts over you and you frankly weird ideas that something being peer reviewed is "questionable"

Stop looking at videos on youtube mate, it's fucking you up.

People DO take the word of..... Just IMO other people (meaning you) are too gullible/lazy/sycophantic or just blind stupid to question anything that's said.
Maybe you are taking the word of virologists. So am I. The virologists that I listen to have been discredited (after leading their respective fields for decades) What we have left are the virologists who go with the same narrative as you do. That's all. And that's dangerous unless checked.

so you admit that they have been discredited which means proved wrong? Unless checked? It was the checking of what they said that leads to them being discredited, well that and things they said would happen proved to be wrong by not happening.

Do you even know what you are typing as you are making my case for me?

Are you happy with this?

The CDC say you’re not counted as fully vaccinated until a full 14 days have passed since your second injection in the case of Pfizer or Moderna, or 14 days after your first dose of Janssen, despite the fact that over 80% of deaths after the vaccines occur in this window.

How very convenient.

That is basic science though. The antibodies take time to fully develop in your system. There's decades of study on this.

I'm not even sure you know what a vaccine actually is or does? It doesn't inject a "cure" in to the body. It injects a substance that teaches your body that something is a threat and allows it to build up it's own defences against that threat.

This is why you are not fully protected until x amount of days later.

This is basic science and is really not up for debate

Cycle thresholds low or high have absolutely no baring on how vaccines work at their basic level They still take time to teach the body how to react to the threat it is protecting against.

Two thirds of people who die in car crashes are wearing a seatbelt. That doesn’t mean seatbelts don’t work. Seatbelts are worn by over 90% of people in vehicles. Less than 10% account for a third of RTA deaths.

I might regret this but...

Doesn't that actually prove that the vaccine does, indeed, take some time to take full effect after administration?!?
