Do you really think SISU are going to fund a bus tour?

    Why I would sell Maddison

That's true but it was the same manager that bought Keane and Bellamy. My point is, is we have a player here who is young and is performing well who will surely be a key player this season. We could sell him now for a fraction of what his value could be in a couple of years like we did Wilson...

    Why I would sell Maddison

Selling our best players got us to where we are today! Taking your logic, we sold Keane, reinvested in a few players who we expected to be good (Bellamy for example) and look what happened! We need to invest on top of keeping Madison and the likes of, get up to the Prem and then sell if the...

    Breaking news CITY TO APPEAL

The point of appealing is that we will surely finish higher in position and thus receive a bigger payment from the FL at the end of the season?

    Ryton Training Ground

Lets face it, The Ryton training ground is hardly state of the art! There isn't actually an awful amount of land there, it's worthless without planning permission.

Isn't our debt actually only £1.3m?

To me and at a guess, the money owed is to outside investors who have given the money to CCFC Holdings Ltd, not SISU and SISU if you like are just the share brokers. The investors have invested in CCFC Holdings Ltd and therefore it's the investors who we don't know are the bigger creditors...

    Assets

CCFC Holdings Ltd that owns the players is as it stands, is not in administration so even if they were worth anything, the couldn't sell them!

    CCFC Statement

And no business is going to pay that money out if it can continue trading without having to do so but would not be able to continue trading if it had to pay it out.

    CCFC Statement

And it would still be the highest rent paid in League One. From what I can make out, SISU have just played their ace card. From that statement, it seems that they will only move back to the Ricoh on their terms and without paying a penny of the outstanding rent owed. By moving out, they will not...

This is nothing new to SISU.....

Maybe alrady posted but found this article.... "Hedge fund Sisu Capital bid for several debt-ridden football clubs, before saving Coventry City FC from administration this year. The mysterious Mayfair fund, co-founded by traders Joy Seppala and Dermot Coleman, made pre-tax profits of £17m...

No more games at the Ricoh

But if you kick your tenants out with no else to feasibly move in, you'll also go bust?

No more games at the Ricoh

ACL may well now have to lick their wounds and accept what SISU are offering them. It appears CCFC don't need ACL and the Ricoh for the time being atleast but do ACL need CCFC? Like it or not, it seems SISU are here for the long term unless they get an suitable offer. It will be back to the...

No more games at the Ricoh

With our home form as it is, is this not a blessing if we make the playoffs? It's only a few games we're talking about here, it's not forever. We'll be back there one way or another, it's just a big game of cat and mouse.
