At a BBQ at the weekend and a mate started trying to tell me COVID was an international banking conspiracy designed to keep inflation down. I can’t even any more.

Honestly one of my really smart mates and i close to fell out because he's insistent its a global conspiracy by world leaders to implement communism. People have lost the plot - its easier to believe something sinister is going on than to just accept the reality

How do we know this Clint?

Because someone couldn’t keep a secret.

Also that’s not thousands of people.

Have a look at this:

Basically the higher you go the more people needed to keep the secret. That’s not a coincidence. CIA ops and Britneys Dad are one thing. The entire worlds medical staff are another.

The Beatles didn't exist! There's a great documentary about it on the iPlayer

Id find the idea we are run by a global elite with the ability to pull off such a scam infinitely more reassuring than real life TBF.

Here's a thought.

Only you (yes, YOU!) exist. You've been locked up so you don't realise that. In the meantime, bots exist to post on message boards and social media, convince you reality is out there. Simulacra play the parts of Boris Johnson on your TV, persuading you that you're governed. Others in on the plan deliver your mail, paid actors and more are used to fix your gutters, resolve your plumbing issues.

Nobody is out there, it's just you. This message is not from me, it's from those who want you to believe it's from me, because it's obviously so ludicrous you won't believe it.

But it's the truth, man. You just can't handle the truth.
Isn't this the plot for the Truman show,
While I'm here i don't know if it's been mentioned but the test centre at the Rico, CBS arena has been dismantled over the past 2 days, does anyone know why ?

Wasps have booted them out. From what has been said in the Telegraph they had a lease but Wasps have terminated it. Seems it was done at short notice as the staff were just told to shut down and there was people still turning up with booked appointments after the staff had been told it was closed.

Oh that's not very clever, i understand them wanting the car park back but i would have thought a time could have been agreed, hopefully they will find another suitable site to set up

Seems a bit callous even for them

63 dead is shite, but we need some slight perspective.

Last time we had nearly 50k cases a day we were having over 3.5 thousand hospitalsations a day (around 500 a day at the mo) and over 1000 deaths.

Vaccine, especially 2 jabs, seems to be doing the job

Their have been a good few conspiracy theories that have turned out to be true.

You can search that for yourself.

Some of them quite horrific in nature too.

Not suggesting covid is , as I wouldn't have got my 2 jabs else

Just me butting in on the conspiracy debate

The deliberate poisoning of alcohol by the US government during prohibition
And
The US government were stealing body parts to do radioactive testing

There's quite a few , naturally most are US related as they are just bonkers anyway

Search up and read them

I will
But are they really conspiracy theories? I thought people had to suspect it was happening beforehand then it turned out to be true

There was that guy who got his head stuck in some railings and by the time they found him he’d been anal raped 18 times. Yep, that’s right. The first 18 people to stumble upon him just happened to be opportunistic rapist. Some guy called Jay told me so it must be true.

I do believe in life in other worlds tbf but I think you’d have to be daft to not believe that so probably not a conspiracy theory. Not “little green men” etc but the odds against it are overwhelming

I read about the mattress company, that one was just weird

Well I think life elsewhere in the universe is a given .. if that's what you are referring to 💁‍♂️

I don't believe UFOs have been to earth , when you look at the distance and time it would take to get here from even the nearest solar system .. it naturally seems impossible , we are talking thousands of years travelling at speeds beyond 13,000 kilometres per hour I believe.

Sounds too daft to be plausible

That’s what I mean yes, life elsewhere. Don’t know about the rest, but I wouldn’t rule it out on the basis it seems implausible to us, they might have turbo-charged UFOs for all we know 😆

Traveling at 17 kilometres per second , it would take 73000 years to get to the nearest solar system ..source, just looked it up 🤣

I don’t know what it is about them but even though I don’t believe conspiracy theories, it’s brilliant listening to people talk about them 😆

I really like the science of it even though I don’t believe the conspiracies.. think that the theory is that for something to travel that fast it would have to literally bend space instead of be propelled by something like fuel- that’s what your US/ China research is looking at anyway. You’re into quantum mechanics which is mind bending but I love watching that stuff… my favourite film is Interstellar 😁

If you left now and travelled at 42,000mph, you’ll make it to Neptune in 12 years. Come on, get your shoes on.

I do think they're engineering food storages to be able to bring in GMO crops and lab grown meats.
