The problem with that is that the date for the final can't really be moved. However Southampton refusing to respond in time is something I would treat as an admission of guilt, and so they should already be getting punished.

Surely if there's multiple allegations from over the course of the season, they can't investigate them all overnight. Do they make a decision purely on the Boro issue and then look at the rest after the two legs?

Is there any precedent for this type of thing?

Southampton with the spying on Boro and potential that it's happened multiple times on various teams is why I hate these wanker of clubs, imagine having the squads and money they have from the parachute money yet still have to cheat to get an advantage, makes what we have done even better...no parachute money or cheating yet dominated the league
