I like him but agree he's a bit one paced, depends what we want him to do / how we want to play though.

Plenty of mobility in the team elsewhere tbf, someone who can take the ball under pressure and dictate tempo would be a great option

He was immense against us in March, passed through our pressing like it was nothing.

We’ve got Sheaf and Eccles for running and tackling.

My concern with Mowatt is his durability, he’s likely to miss 1/4 of the season year in, year out.

In my view, if we keep Sheaf we need to get a player who’s more of a playmaker besides him. If that’s Torp, great and that’s TBC as things stand. It’s been my view all season that we’ve lacked something since Hamer has left.

Generally, I think we look better on the counter and we’ve got the pace to really damage teams. EMC, Saka, MVE, Simms and Wright - the foundations are there. Another 1-3 options out wide, AM and ST and it’s looking really good.

Speaking of west brom, that celtic winger Johnston would be great

Think they have something in place to sign him next season.

Rated Mowatt when he played for Barnsley, think he’s a very good player and would definitely take him.

Mowatt or Swift would be great addition to the team, considering we tried to sign Swift last time can see us going in again.

He came out and said recently somewhere he wasn't ready to move, not sure if he's out of contract in the summer so may consider pastures new

Seidl is still on the radar, but our interest has cooled in the past few days. Definitely unlikely to happen this window, there's still a vague chance in the summer.

Shows how impressive our scouting team is that we spotted a guy in the Austrian 2nd division and a year later he's at the Euros.

Not an attacking winger. He is a FB / RWB. Has has played a lot as the RCB in a back 3 as well.

Played at Nashville his first two years as a pro. Won't wow you physically, but has a great footballing mind and hardly ever takes a bad touch. More akin to adding a wide DM. Defintiely not a RW in Lampard's 4-3-3

Read a rubbish article about us after a Swiss player, Alwyn Sanches. Lost interest when it said Stoke were after him, then first refers to seeing if Scumacher would be backed in his first transfer window, goes on to say that Mark Robins will have a space in his midfield, due to Calum O'Hare probably leaving. Journalism at its finest!!

Coventry City should sign Alyvn Sanches and then follow it up with these 2 deals, here's why

FLW pinpoints three signings Coventry City should make in the upcoming transfer window
footballleagueworld.co.uk

Probably something to do with it being from 2024.
