Empty Seats (3 Viewers)

How will they do that? CCFC will only know that you haven't turned up after the game has finished. They can't act after the game has finished as there could be a genuine reason for missing the game 🤔

Some clubs only allow you to miss a certain amount of games.
The club may say youre only allowed to miss x amount of games without putting your ticket on the exchange.

Delete ST on your son's phone.
Forward ST email to a friend.
Friends adds ST to wallet then delete after the game.
Repeat for other friends/family when your son can't make a game.

It works fine doing it this way as long as the ST is only active on one phone at a time.
A bloke near me has 2 x ST's and brings someone different every game.
It appears that the system can't differentiate between hand sets,as yet.

At West Brom it’s three strikes and you’re out.
Don’t attend or put on the exchange more than three occasions, you lose you season ticket

I missed the game saturday as away for the weekend with the Mrs in Liverpool and my 17 year old was in stoke at his girlfriends - my grandaughter 6 also has a ticket but goes with us. offered to other season ticket holders near me but said it was awful trying to transfer - hence 4 empty seat - first match ibe missed home or away this season and annoying. Last year i would have just passed tickets to a friend

I get the not being able to renew, but would love to see how that plays out legally if you buy a ST, don't turn up for 3 games and it gets cancelled without a partial refund.

I imagine its in the terms when you buy

I didn’t attend on Saturday and I’m unsure whether I will attend many more games this season.

I did put my season ticket seat on the Ticket Exchange but it didn’t sell to my knowledge.

The survey you get if you cant attend is completely pointless.

Basically are you aware of forwarding and exchange. No actual feedback.

Lots of people are aware about ticket exchange but if you only open it a few hours before kick off then its completely pointless

I could not go on Saturday, I never saw any email to say ticket exchange was open but never logged in to check, as just too busy. I have replied back to there email saying as far as I was aware ticket exchange had not been opened. The previous week (Fulham) I was not well and I transferred my ticket to a friend that was so very painful to do, spent good two hours working it out, in the end nice guy at ticket office sorted it out. The friend was on holiday last Saturday.

I don't think they did email about it. Just put it on social media

Looking at the ticket information for the Palace & Ipswich games have the Club listened and "new" people can go as long as the tickets are purchased by a Sky Blue Member or have I interpreted it wrong?
