Don't think that's a high boot. He's looking to control the ball in an area of space, and the keeper comes out to challenge. I've not been able to tell if he got anything on the ball, but if he didn't, it's a penalty. I guess the ref couldn't be sure either, so had to give the benefit to the keeper. Don't really have a problem with that.Unfortunately from that angle you can't tell if the keeper got anything on the ball. You could also argue that wrights going in with a high foot. I didn't think it was a pen at the time and I'm still not 100% convinced from this ankle.
That decision could have gone our way, but the disallowed goal could have gone against.
