    tim speaks.....bullshit as usual

1: If Limited is liquidated after all creditors have been paid in full, and assuming FL will give the GS to Holdings, then the club will no longer be in administration. Fisher says the accounts will be signed off and filed when the club exits admin, and that makes sense (to me). 2: We really...

Hmm - who could/would chase the repayment of the escrow fund? And the balance of the lease ... it looks unclaimed as it is not in the administrators creditor list. Could sisu offer Mr Appelton a full settlement of all creditor claims and ask him to liquidate the company? That way ACL wouldn't...

    tim speaks.....bullshit as usual

Fishers reply to the Q&A is on many points quite opposite to what we have been told by ACL. So again I have to say it would be really interesting if the Trust could arrange a debate between Fisher and Mutton (or PWKH) moderated by someone neutral.

I have changed my mind. Before this Q&A I believed ACL would have to write off the rent arrears. But now I think they will receive what they are owed. The debt owed to ACL is not £1.2m but £650k (ish) according to Mr Appelton. Not that I think sisu will enjoy pay that debt, but simply because...

Will the fans forums with Fisher actually happen?

You're probably right - it could get nasty, and most likely unproductive. Then what about the Trust invite Fisher and ACL to a debate. A small venue with an audience of maybe 30-50 invited by the Trust. Moderated by a neutral outsider.

Will the fans forums with Fisher actually happen?

Maybe the Trust can persuade them to go?

Will the fans forums with Fisher actually happen?

I see no reason why the shareholders should turn up - they don't run the company. Fisher run the company on their behalf, so he has to be there. But he should be able to tell us why it has all come to this mess, and that alone could take some time! He should also be able to answer random...

    'Highfield Two'

It may actually be a good idea. But I think the burden of proof will be sitting by the complainant, so what would the argument be? - Don't provide funding? - Got us relegated to L1? - Excessive hiring/firing of managers (is it 8 or 9 in 6½ years)? - Don't pay rent and got us kicked out of...

So where is the CCFC football trade?

I can't see I am defending sisu, I am merely pointing out that there may be another guilty part than Fisher/Igwe/Sisu in regard to 'the lost article' (sounds like a Indiana Jones movie title). I would say the chance is 50/50 as to who - the club or the FL - have messed up. We blame sisu for...

So where is the CCFC football trade?

Hold on a second before the stampeed takes another headless direction. The change of articles has been discussed before, and it is clear this is the center of the confusion. Certainly someone has messed up pretty badly. Earlier - around March I think, we discussed if that 'someone' was Fisher...

Maghoma - du du du du du

If(!) sisu are highest bidder for limited, they will in all likelyhood get the Golden Share back. We could be out of administration within a month. Maghoma looks very lively and could be a great asset, but he will have attracted attention from championship clubs, so if we get him it would be a...

    Statement from administrator

That's the twist ... it's a company that's up for sale, not the Golden Share (which by the way can't be sold). I don't think it is possible to make a bid conditional. You buy the company (and hope for the best).

    Try this scenario

You can't answer questions with questions - leave the spinning to those directly involved in the fight :D:D I think an outcome like you portrait will result in some serious operational reviews at ACL. It would mean that ACL lose their £600k plus their main tenant - and have only lawyer bills to...

    Try this scenario

It's a private business operating as a management company. Who the owners are and what their core businesses are outside of ACL is totally irrelevant! It's a business and there are risks. The losses (rent arrears) were not inflicted upon them in a criminal way. Immoral way maybe, but not illegal.
