All the initial funds hold shares I believe. Does ARVO hold shares? If they don't maybe they are not 'part of the sisu group'????

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

You're probably right, but that require ccc/higgs to sell their shares at a fair price (it will still only buy the club the lease, not the actual stadium though). ccc is the key here. Maybe Ann Lucas could be pursuaded to tell us what she will do to make sure the club stays at the Ricoh?

Exactly why I challenged him to the job. But I still would love to see the current cashflow situation. Are we breaking even (cashflow wise)?

I think he said ARVO was owed £10m, but I may be wrong.

Latest: Fisher says 'no chance' of CCFC playing at Ricoh

Coventry have a new council leader - maybe she would listen to the fans (Trust?) if they ask her what she intends to do to solve the acl/ccfc crisis.

From link: £8.8m ... is it something to do with ARVO? Is it possible for you to guess the current cashflow deficit?

    A few more questions/thoughts

If the club have omitted to pay £1.1m in rent to ACL and ACL have taken £500k from the Escrow, then surely ACL is only owed £600k - not £1.1m. But in addition to owing ACL £600k the club must owe £500k to the escrow fund. I am only guessing - I am not a certified accountant.

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

But will they get anything at all? Arvo is owed £10m+ ... ACL is owed 650k (I think Appelton concluded). Appelton and his lawyer will be owed $500k+ when this is over, and they get the first pennies paid. So if sisuget to buy back limited for say £1m, there will only be a few pounds left for...

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

I thought Appelton had set a 2 week bidding window. Will the court proceedings be over and a decision taken in respect to the GS at that time? How long will sisu's preferred administrator wait before he execute the sale? Fit and proper test ... don't expect too much there. It is more likely...

    where will this end up?

So when sisu buy's limited and bring it out of administration ... and file the long overdue accounts, what is next? ACL want the club to play at the Ricoh ... in fact their operation pretty much depends on it. The petition which is still running demands that the club plays at the Ricoh. The...

Golden Share up for sale today

To get a 'best price' you need to add value to what you are hoping to sell. So they will need the club to be profitable. That requires a rent deal with ACL, increased income from matchday and lower player wages. That would also require more assets. So they will do what they can to get ACL (all...

I think they are staying - after administration ACL is on the menu.

Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

To me it looks like the confusion is designed for purpose. No third party in their right mind would now buy limited as they risk it won't include the GS. And even if it turns out they actually do get FA/FL to accept they are now the owner of the GS, then they face years of court battles with...

Golden Share up for sale today

They won't be offered their money back, will they? They will be offered £1 and that is pretty much it. Don't think for a second that PH4 or any potential investors would pay millions to sisu.

Golden Share up for sale today

I think it's been done in other threads, but it all centers around limited being put up for sale without buyers knowing what they will be buying. The administrator think ownership of the GS may need to be decided by courts. ALC administrator was hinting (but not saying) that the proces is...

Golden Share up for sale today

And listening to the two lawyers this morning answers the old question raised by many: Why was it urgent for sisu that they themselves put limited into administration? The proces and outcome would have been totally different if ACL had been in control of the administration.
