You could ask: - Please explain in detail what in your opinion the owners, past boards and the current board have done wrong the past 5½ years. - Did you, the board or sisu plan - either alone or jointly with members of the council - to distress ACL? - Did the club ask ACL for a rent reduction...

Only reasonable explanaition: FA/FL haven't decided who hold the Golden Share. Sisu says Holdings, FA/FL records says Limited, but there may be a twist here, so FA/FL investigates.

Because ACL themself are fighting for their existence. Their best move was always to try to force change of ownership of the club. This way Higgs gets a fair price for their shares, ACL will still exist independently and the club will continue to play there and bring business to all Ricoh...

Elliott said nothing really. They have made a bid on the condition that the golden share is with limited. They don't know if it is. Will depend on the administrators findings.

FL require the club have a place to play for at least the next 10 years. That is the crucial point. ACL won't negotiate with sisu, they want PH4 to replace sisu. Sisu want to move away for a while and build a new stadium. PH4 has tabled a bid for half the ACL and will thereby secure the lease...

You use the word 'dubious' because your emotion is: sisu out. You would use the word 'protective' if your emotion was: sisu stay. Most would use the word 'dubious'. It's really a great testiment that sisu have completely failed in building rapport with the fans.

But do you not agree that there seem to be a chain-of-events here: Club loses money. That leads to sisu requesting cost cuts - revenue increase. That leads to further planning, discussion with ccc/acl/lawyers/financial experts. That leads to sisu not signing off books on time. That leads to...

I completely agree! Their inabillity - or more likely their unwillingness - to be open and transparant is upsetting the fans and earn them nothing but mistrust. If I should hazard a guess (it is NOT an attempt to justify their behaviour!) I would say that their backgrond in banking, finances...

As I said in the beginning: I am not trying to turn attention away from the issues. But you (and many more) and I see many things differently, and thank God for that. It creates ground for discussion and exchange of views. And it keeps us focused on what is really going on.
