    administrator's report

Here is what skybluesquirrel writes on his blog: He is not 100% certain, but his analysis lead him to believe it's an internal charge. So not effecting the cashflow or loan balance of the whole group.

You know this for a fact? Then please PM osb and/or Skybluesquirrel because it must have slipped under their radar.

    administrator's report

I think you are missing another point. Sisu does not own the funds. No money is owed to sisu. There are several funds (5?) who have loans and shares in the group. Arvo is only one fund.

    administrator's report

Really? Tomorrow I will head down to my bank and ask them to write off their loans to me. It won't cost them a penny!

    administrator's report

Haven't we been over this before? Management fee's seem to be a group internal move-around of assets (cash). The extraordinaire high interest paid in 2011 was likely due to the mortgage of Ryton and the factoring of season tickets. Nobody has so far been able to detect any money going from the...

    Best goal you remember.....

That kicked my memory ... what about Oggy's long punt at Hillsborough? That took hoofball to a new level.

    administrator's report

The report will contain a detailed list of what is owed to the creditors. It will contain a full financial statement and a list of possible assets. It could also contain a statement if the administrator has found any illegal dealings or transfer of assest. I would expect a copy of the report has...

I think only FL can decide who has the right to the Golden Share. What everybody else think is irrelevant.

    Best goal you remember.....

There are many to choose from, but one I especially remember was Johnnie Jacksons against WBA almost 10 years ago.

Is CCFC website breaking league rules

So now you compare sisu with Al Capone ... why not Ted Bundy or Jack the Ripper? Or activate Goodwin's Law and bring in the Nazi's. There are no proof or even suggestion that sisu (or their funds) are on a tax evasion scheme.

Is CCFC website breaking league rules

I can only guess (but that's what I almost alwas do anyway) - this is my take on the subject: Fisher/Waggot were employed in January last year. They have most likely been given the task of balancing the finances and make sure the club became independent of the sisu funds. A task initiated when...

Is CCFC website breaking league rules

It's not impossible. TF did say last summer that a substantial amount of the total debt had been written off. Nobody has seen the latest accounts (as they haven't been handed in yet) so we can't know for sure if this ... or anything like it ... has ever happened. Hopefully a lot of...

Is CCFC website breaking league rules

Arvo is only one fund ... I think there are 4 or 5 others. Plus a few individuals, but it may have changed during one of the countless restructures.

11 should do it. Tax relieve is possible - but they still had to actually put in some £30m+. Expensive way of dodging the tax man.

    CCFC Finances...

I think the mortgage of Ryton happened in Ranson's final year and was repaid just after he left - maybe using the money from the sell of Prozone??? If this is true it tell us a story of how Ranson/Hoffman/Elliott lost control of the finances and that sisu apparantly refused (or couldn't) inject...

    CCFC Finances...

Excellent work again. Won't be long before we can send OSB on a well deserved holliday. You mention loan repayment and suggest it could be about the well known factoring of season tickets. But wasn't Ryton mortgaged for a short period? I hope you can figure out where the club is today cashflow...

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

You have the facts, so why don't you simply set the records straight? Your analysis of my sentence is nothing but spin - instead of correcting my assumption you play 'the Fisher card' to rally those posters who believe that those with a different view are sisu plants.

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

So far I haven't heard the mortgage terms have changed ... only that the mortgage is now owned by CCC and not Yorkshire Bank. There are no words that the conditions have been changed, as CCC haven't yet refinanced it. So ACL continue to pay exactly the same as before. And in any case, as long...

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

Actually I would prefer to think of the net assets as the money you get in hand if you wind up the company, pay off all debts and sell off all assets. If ACL are making a profit around £0.6m-£1m in a 'normal' year with the club paying £1.3m in rent it won't be too difficult to see that if you...

Council should own the stadium outright

And a football team using the green (... mostly ... sometimes ...) spot wouldn't be too bad either.
