    What are the SBT saying!!!

So am I to be honest. The Trust seem to have abandoned the original 'Aims & Objectives' without asking the members. That is not democratic. The leaders also seem unwilling to reveal how many members responded to the poll - that is not transparant.

    Many there this morning ?

The very contradiction in that sentence ... brilliant! Best piece Beethoven wrote btw.

    What are the SBT saying!!!

Why did you join? Did you think it was a sisu-out-movement? Surely you read the 'Aims & Objectives' before paying? (http://www.skybluetrust.co.uk/index.php/about-the-trust)

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

ACL says they don't accept Holdings are the football club. ACL says they don't accept Fisher can speak for the football club. ACL says they will be happy to speak to the football club. So ACL says - we will ONLY speak to who we define as the owner of the football club: The Administrator. I...

Paul Appleton you can go down in Sky Blue History today

I can fully understand if Fisher feel his position is threatened, but I think it is not so much a potential takeover - more that he has failed completely in getting the fans with him. He is in a pretty tough spot between owners who seem determined to get their way, and the fans who are on a rage...

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

I agree - that is what the Trust should do. Maybe next week they will organise a protest against ACL at the Ricoh?

Paul Appleton you can go down in Sky Blue History today

I believe Fisher said yesterday - or the day before - that the club is not for sale. So clearly he belive sisu will stay owners. At least for another three years.

Paul Appleton you can go down in Sky Blue History today

Ever since they took over there have been people saying 'they're here for the short term'. Yet at every oportunity they have said 'we're here for the long run - the club is not for sale'. Maybe it's time to actually think they might mean it?

    Many there this morning ?

What 'all' is there? Last meeting minutes are from a board meeting in March. Have there been no meetings since? Was the poll decided by the board? How many members actually voted? (numbers and responserate please) I hope the Trust stays loyal to the 'Aims & Objectives', especially being...

Calling Coventry City Supporters.........action is needed!

I asked in another thread if anybody know the response rate. It would be nice if the statement had said something like: 'xx% of the members responded and of those 99% were in favour.

SBT - Member Poll Results and Resulting Action

I ask because of something SL said when he was here last night: I understand what he says and I find it odd that the Trust chose that wording in their statement when they could just have said 'xx% of the members responded and of those 99% were in favour.

SBT - Member Poll Results and Resulting Action

The members voted in large numbers and the response was 99% in favour Does anybody know the actual response rate?

Stuart Linnell here, if anyone wants to talk

Question 1: Could you please come here the day before you know you will be interviewing a stakeholder. You could then collect questions we like asked and answered from that person. Question 2: Would it be possible for you to arrange a live debate between sisu(Fisher), ACL and the council...

A Deal, what do you think?

The idea is very good. It's a nice compromise - one that will keep us at the Ricoh while both ccfc and ACL prepare for the future. If we want to compete in this league, we will likely need to exploit the FFP regulation to the limit. Staying at Ricoh would give Pressley more funds than going to...

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

I would think he meant that most of the balance contains 'intercompany' debts. Which is of no real value. The 'real' numbers are ACL debts, player registration, prepayments ... and the ARVO debenture.

In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

Having read that I have to say there is nothing new or extraordinary. A lot is 'standard legal stuff' which you can find almost word-for-word in similar court statements. Most significant word is 'ongoing'.
