If anyone can help, I was lucky enough to get tickets in the ballot for this game. I live 3 hours from Cov in Lowestoft, we’re driving to Cov on the morning and getting the Coach from the arena train park. Firstly, where is the Arena train park pickup if anyone knows, is it inside the Tesco carpark? And secondly, can I leave my car in the Tesco carpark? Any help appreciated.

Im hoping they have too many options that they are not coherent and dont play as a team. They just bought a few more more players that they dont even need.

One thing we do know for a fact of we are open like we were against Hull we will get slaughtered! And not just 5-2 slaughtered!

Basically be chasing shadows for 95 mins.

I'm not expecting anything but I do think a lot of you are giving our players no credit. let's just not get embarrassed7 at the same time hope for some strange day....

You can't leave your car at Arena Park for more than about 4 or 5 hours.

If there is a pickup at White Street Coach station near pool meadow in town I've seen that for away games some people leave their cars in the council long stay car park across the road from the closed Elephant sports centre which is not so far away.

It is usually on the road when you walk down to the end by Currys on the road by the subway under to the ground.

Don't leave it in Tesco, they give out tickets for the fun of it. If you don't mind walking you can just chuck it on a road in Longford or Ash Green and walk down.

If not you can probably pay and park in the CBS car parks but no idea how much they are for the whole day.

Does the train code still work? Takes it down to around £6.

Look on google maps. Park at the bottom of Burbages lane just off winding house lane. It’s right by the large traffic island next to the stadium.
Then just walk back to the stadium and under the train line( near the away end). As you come up the other side of the train lines you should see the coach.

Bloodbath.

If the players mentality is “let’s not get slaughtered” every week then it’s time to check out. It’s about time we show some bloody fight

I am thinking 4 or 5 nil. Would be at least something if we could bag a goal and get off the mark for the season.

Going to be a very tough afternoon and to get anything from the game we will need a very large slice of luck and to play out of our skins and that would also, almost certainly, have to go in tandem with Man City being off their game too

Playing a back 5 versus City walks right into their hands. They play a lone striker against our 3 centre half’s and then they have a spare man in midfield and 2 players attacking our wing back on both sides as their full backs bomb on …. Oh and to add to that we haven’t even practised it in pre season. Tactical suicide

Man mark haaland with amenda and hope for the best

But if we don't we're providing opportunities within that defence as either Haaland will beat us physically or the likes of Cherki will waltz through us. That's assuming Grimes isn't playing so deep we've effectively got a back five anyway.

Either way we're going to basically be playing 9 defenders and a goalie.

I'd settle for a few players showing something like Premiership quality. Something to give us a bit of hope.
It's a concern we seem have so little attacking threat to give us any respite. Not sure where goals are coming from this season.
Hope Grimes can build some confidence somehow.

There’s no obvious setup that will get us anything as they’re used to playing against low blocks or packed midfields and attacking relentlessly. A few meaningful chances would be nice and give us some hope 🤣
