Absolute shit show, clueless stewards, stupid technology, mental snake like queues. Makes you ask the question, is it really worth it? How on earth did we used cope before modern technology......
 
If you have 2 STs downloaded to your apple wallet do you scan your ST and then put the other ST on the screen and pass back for them to scan in. Mine was fine yesterday but the other ST holder couldn’t make the game yesterday, but will be there for next game. If you have personal experience of doing this yesterday how did it go? Thanks

First person at turnstile you reach forward scan their ticket they go through. Then you open the next ticket and scan yourself through.
 
As predicted the entrance into the west stand was shambolic. People had to work out where the queue was - it was all round car park A - people were just pushing and frankly who could blame them. Over half an hour wait at 2 pm. Bar hopeless as ever - the anecdote has 3 serving after the game

I walked round to the casino about 2 30pm the queues were huge.
Went in, had a pint, just finishing it when a fella came and sat near us with a full pint and said its carnage out there, I can't be bothered with it Im having a drink.

We walked out expecting to find chaos and all the queues were gone, walked straight in.
Did wonder if they'd given up and just opened the gates
 
All seemed to go smoothly where I was. Got there about 2:10 and in with no problems. Not sure if it was the same everywhere but our queue had a couple of stewards going down the line making sure everyone knew what they were doing, and showing them what to do if they didn't.

Despite that some people seemed to take an age at the turnstile, not sure why. They weren't non working tickets as they got through but I can't really see what holds people up when you literally just tap and move through.

Twitter this morning has made me laugh. Our fans moaning that there weren't problems and that the club sent out the messages knowing it would all be fine so people were in the ground early spending money :ROFLMAO:

I've banged on about this for years, some queues (family zone) hardly have any barriers so you end up with the route around the ground jammed. Must be a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues. And then the queues all start to merge into one and nobody is quite sure if they're in the right one.

You have to push through the queues to get round the other side of the ground. It doesn’t help that the car park is fenced off so you can’t go through. You have to stick to the concourse where people are queuing.

Around the side where the bars are, I don't actually think theres enough room for queues and people trying to walk round. Add the bars into it and it just means it's carnage.

It’s getting from Jimmy Hills statue to the memorial garden where the worst congestion is. But even by the bars there are loads of tables out which doesn’t help the queues.

The way some people queue doesn’t help because they switch off and you get gaps opening up of several feet. Also we were in a long queue, but when we got near the turnstiles the queue on the inside for the second turnstile only had about 30 people in it. Why people weren’t moving across I will never know, so we just changed queues.
 
For a non season ticket holder if I cant go to a mid week game could I buy an individual ticket under my membership account and when the ticket arrives by email could I forward the email to my father in law and if he clicked on the link would the ticket go into his wallet on his phone or would it still go into mine?

Question.
Just noticed that my season tickets are not showing in my Google wallet. On Closer inspection they are sitting in Archived Passes and still showing the Hull game.
Anyone got the same and is this to be expected?

Not by forwarding emails, they would use Ticketmaster and the e-ticketing portal.

Isn't part of the PL digital ticketing requirements that tickets are assigned to a named individual?

That would explain why other clubs allow sharing but require the ticket to be reassigned to a named supporter.

Would rather whine at me after he's had a beer and allowed on the internet it seems.

He could quite easily go down to the ticket office and ask and see what they say. Probably end up shouting at a Pigeon instead.
