Manchester City Tickets

Sake - im at 1690 and waited for friend at 1500 - not thinking be issue.

We're buying as and when possible, it's the only way, I'm last one to get a ticket so will spend most of the away games sitting on my own.

The brackets are set so that anyone in the first release is guaranteed a ticket, but as soon as it hits the 2nd bracket it can sell out. And with the demand right now…

Going but actually this could be a shite day, not a fan of their stadium and rhey are going to pass us to death

still a night out in manchester after

I can't wait for the day out funnily enough, had a cracking trip Friday but everything was a bloody rush despite finishing at 12:30

We're on the 08.12 train upto Manchester and the 20.14 back so making a full day of it

The game will probably be akin to Friday night and as with you, I am indifferent to the Etihad but looking forward to a day in Manchester regardless

Why not a fan of the new stadium? Its quality.

I haven't been since they spruced it up - Last time I went I watched England play Turkey in a pre-Euro 2016 friendly and it is alright, but not a patch on some of the other grounds we shall attend this season

They have at least extended the tram line up there in the time since I last went

Went to that game also and it was a bit meh. Saying that an England friendly is always going to be a bit flat, so expect a different feeling up there for this.

Like many PL grounds though, getting a beer near the ground is basically a non starter. Decided not to go on the train for this, so probably a mistake. I'll no doubt be in the concourse 90 mins before the game leant against an exposed concrete wall, holding a plastic glass and wearing a glum expression that suggests I'm questioning my life decisions. Has all the ingredients for a crap away day, but you never know!

That was lucky, managed to use both logins and get the ballot and actual tickets so I now have loads more than I need for our group of 6. Might try and sell them for a profit on the facebook group.

It's more about those points 😍🙌

The grounds 20mins walk out of the town centre or half that on the tram, theres 100s of bars and pubs. You walk through Ancots and the Marina to get there, which has loads. Theres even a whole "brewery quarter" the recently popped up 15mins walk from the ground just outside the station.

Seen a particular poster on Twitter talk about nothing else since Arsenal tickets were announced how far off they are points bracket wise, so won't get near an away game this season...

Then today, saying they can't make the game tomorrow due to work... the irony of those moaning is off the charts at times.

Second closest away day for me (I can walk to Old Trafford) and my birthday weekend so can’t wait. Will drink in my usual pubs beforehand then meet up with mates after and get (more) hammered in town

Yeah, I was being a bit grumpy, mainly annoyed with myself for booking onto a coach, but that's what I'll do if we have enough time.

Lower block, row 30, about 10:10. I just took what was offered, not too near the front, so happy enough.

Turned down 2 offers of seats in block 14 row 4 then row 6 .
Then offered row 18 so took it as I was fed up with it.
Grandson is in the top tier as he had to wait till it got to 1500 points.

Talking of facilities, the ashai pint machines dotted round arsenal were brilliant. Got beers each time in a couple of minutes

I swear for some it’s more about the points than the football.

The only way that was true, is if someone wanted max points to pick and choose their games. A lot of time, money and effort involved to get to that level though, so unlikely it's as many as people think.

They walk among us. You only had to look at Millwall and Brizzle in the cup. Sold out and at least a 1/4 empty on the night. That was probably 500+ at those 2 games that did it. Hopefully with the club saying anyone not scanning in will lose the points will put a stop too it.

Well Plymouth was chock-a-block.
