It’s almost like you want them to lose to prove yourself right?
Stated I wanted to be proved wrong I don’t see who’s scoring the goals to keep us up same as pre season....I hoped it would be addressed January window but his new striker can’t get in ahead of an injured max

Difficult to see us getting another point in February, but it is City and they always seem to get something when you least expect it. Roll on March fixtures and hopefully a return of some key missing players. PUSB

We weren't expected to get a point against Watford. We are well capable of picking up some points in the next few matches.

Today was shitter than shit but I still think we stay up.

Bring our better players back against teams we can pick up points against and I think we can do it

Can anyone name me a team in this league who’s starting a striker who’s worse than max bar Wycombe who are gone ?

I mean max is fucking injured why isn’t Gyo starting ahead of him ?

I’m down as fuck at our current form but I’m telling myself form is temporary. I believe we’ll turn a corner and I believe we’re good enough to not fuck this up.

Just make a list of championship 3/4 choice strikers and compare quality and wages.

Looking at how many points we need and our run in I can’t see us staying up. That said I think an element of bad luck plays a part. Things like injuries, hitting the woodwork, conceding soft pens, have not gone our way at all.

I don’t think we’re in the worst three teams in the league by some margin but I’m struggling to see us stay up.

I have voted that we will stay up but really touch and go,,,,,,I think Wycombe are still down but think it is between

Sheff Weds
Brum
Cov
Huddersfied
Barnsley

two from those five really Huddersfield and Barnsley in awful runs of form can see them both getting sucked into the mix!

We will stay up.

It’s going to get worse over the next few games, but we’ll turn a corner.

I get the emotive reactions after today’s disaster, but it’s far from over. If you’re feeling that down after today, its probably worth taking a break from here for as it’s going to be an incredibly negative few weeks.

Although I can't really believe it, I'm approaching my mid-forties now. The past 3 or 4 years have been the most consistently successful at this club in my lifetime, so for that reason I don't mind too much if we go down or not. I mean, clearly I'd prefer us to stay up, don't assume I don't care, but if we do go down then I'm not going to cry about it. We've had many terrible, terrible years at this club, and I'm sure we'll have many more, but this is all part of the ride.

Anyway, I'm confident we'll stay up by the skin of our teeth.
