He was on loan so its not like we would hear anything. We need a manager and a budget first and even then the best we can hope for is a season loan and that's assuming Reading don't use him themselves.
I thought Nouble had a good game and only when Pressley decided to move him to the wing did he offer nothing. Jackson is frustrating but he did have one great turn and run towards the end of the game and when given a ball behind the defence does have the ability to make the run and try to...
I usually agree but yesterday O'Brien was shocking. He couldn't pass to anyone in Blue and spent the whole game moaning at team mates for his own errors as if he was the best player on the pitch. The only midfielder who had a good game was Odelusi.
The reason Thomas is singled out is due to him offering nothing to the team. I believe Hines would better suit his role or finch. O'brien got man of the match as he offered a lot so one bad pass is accepted. Problem with Thomas is he is never effective and made 3 tackles and 1 good pass all...
Are you related to Thomas? Its the only explanation I have to your seeming fascination with him. He won, in your words, 3 tackles in 90 minutes of which I recall 1 being passed straight back to the Peterborough player. The only thing he is useful at is running and I myself am good at that but I...
In 90 minutes he made 3 good tackles and you are defending him... oh dear. 1 of those tackles I applauded and swiftly stopped when he passed it straight back to them.
We are a goalkeeper and ball winning midfielder away from being a decent team. The free kick was ranking with the worst goalkeeping I have seen. The ball swerved slightly but was far from a hard shot and Burge moved away from it and watched it float past him. As for Thomas I still don't see why...
I did see both games and he wasn't good at all contrary to your view. You appear to be a big supporter of him yet can still only name 4 times even you thought he played well! He is and never will be a good player. Being local doesn't make players exempt from obvious criticism.
Yes I was the gillingham and Yeovil games and he wasn't excellent or even good. Even as a supporter of his you can only name 4 games where YOU thought he played well! He isn't and never will be a good player. The only reason I can find that fans stick by him is that he is local. Well so am I but...
I have to agree with the original posters ratings. Thomas to be honest was lucky to be given 0. I have never seen him play well in any game. I feel for O'Brien as he clearly has ability but is never given the ball despite his many attacking runs and looks like a £50 note found in a pile of fivers.
