Everton Tickets (1 Viewer)

0/5 for me, I didn't mind missing out on this one though with it being a Friday night :ROFLMAO:

On to the next one

You should have gone more when we were shite and then you'd be at every PL game like me and my mates. Sorry but hard truths and you moan like shit every away game.
Everyone's circumstances are different.

I had an away ST from when they were introduced in 2000 up until we played at Northampton. Missed about 2 away games in the whole of the 90's. Was at away games like Scarborough and Wycombe in the League Cup.

Circumstances meant that the biggest chunk of games i've missed was when the points system was introduced. I have my home ST again now and tbh I enter the ballot for my lad rather than me as he is itching to get to some away games.

By the way - I don't have an issue with the tickets going to the people with most points, it's the fairest system.

W

Well Rugby isn’t 134 miles away from Cov is it?
Didn't say it was and you said you went to all the home games as you had a ST so the 134 miles is irrelevant as you were obviously just missing away games. Sounds like you just picked the nearest Northern games whereas i went North, East, South & West and currently on a Premier League tour for my loyalty.

I assumed wheelchair

Could of course be in the toilet, but less likely I'd have thought.
So that what they mean by the stadium bowl.

Still, can have a few good renditions of "You're shit, and you know you are!"

In fairness, the 23/24 season is the start. We were pretty good. And had plenty of chances to get away tickets.

I’ve applied for every away game in the ballot with no luck - just wondering though as I keep applying for 4 with the others in my network if I might have more luck if I just apply for 2 instead?
That way two of us can go and the next time we get 2 up the other pair can go - wonder if I have more of a chance getting two rather than 4 - any thoughts - is this how the system works?
The fewer you apply for the more chance you have?

I've applied for 2 every time and not got picked out. Those of us applying through the ballot have to accept the chances of getting drawn out are slim.

This is one of the games I really wanted to do, missed out on Ballot, but tempted to purchase the home membership to push me into the 1600+ bracket.

It does make me stunned when people say about not applying for X game because if they’re successful that will rule them out of the following two…. The chances are so low of getting any of those three games that you might as well just go for everything.

I do think, as we have paid £50 for the service, the club could tidy up the process.

Sharing how many people are registered for the away membership and an unsuccessful email are two of the little immediates that would help manage everyone’s hopes.

It is a bit of a shame when I know how many people were excited to watch Coventry City in the premier league at some of the away grounds, that the likelihood is they won’t get many opportunities. I couldn’t do Tottenham because of work commitments, I did the old WHL in the cup game in 2012 and didn’t take a ticket. Hopefully a few of us with that mentality (or trying to help others who don’t get to go much when we can’t make it) will spread some tickets about.

Decent post, I agree with most of it.

It’s a shame a lot of people won’t get opportunities to watch us away this year, but the ones with the most points have done the miles and deserve to be at the front of the queue.

I have heard of someone getting ballot tickets for Arsenal and now Everton….

I guess that’s the luck of draw. Shit on those who haven’t got any so far but I’m guessing there’s enough games to try for - obviously every chance of not getting any at all.

I know, and I’ve got just about enough points I think and been able to do each away game I wanted so no sour grapes from me.

Just be nice if there was a Wigan away or someone in there where they give 6000 away tickets! Tidying up the ballot process would be an easier opportunity though.

Let's hope for a couple of decent away FA Cup ties, where everyone can go.

If someone is chosen via the ballot, can they purchase tickets for everyone in there network or is there a limit? Also, do the people in the network have to have the right amount of loyalty points?

I think it will get easier to get tickets whatever league we're in next season, as a lot will have so many new grounds to go to this season. I've travelled for years and still have 4 new ones (Man City, Spurs, Everton and Brentford), been to the old grounds but not new. I imagine lots of our fans are the same. Even teams like Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa and Newcastle we've not played for a generation, so lots of our younger fans won't have been there either.

Just me and the hubby in our network that went in ballot just bought the 2 tickets and we don’t have loads of points we would never get a chance for a long time to go to a away game in the premier league so chuffed to get these if we don’t win any more so be it.

3 of us and each time one wins we enter with another account for the next one. Been successful every time so far, but then we do have a CV34 postcode.

Anyone else having issues trying to buy these ?

I did. Nothing happens when I clicked All Areas. Rang up the ticket office in the end and bought them that way.
