You defending the criminals as they can all be rehabilitated is utterly laughable aswell.

Basically you can commit a crime be let out early on tag then commit a another crime and if they see it a minor crime they will let you off. Whose to say that minor crime won't be a murder or actually body harm but too late then to do anything about it.
