I keep swinging from a fairly carefree attitude to existential crisis recently. It ain’t good.

Yeah, these stories evoke those kinds of emotions in me.

I’ve already started planning on diversifying services that my business offers. To be fair there’s been quite a bit of work fixing websites where everything’s been done by AI and it’s gone to shit.

Remember a lot of the "power of AI" type stories are seeded by the people that want investment in it, more precisely that want to hoodwink governments to force investment in it to "make it safe"

But eventually there is no value created, there is no demand because of mass unemployment and therefore no money to pay for all of this AI shite.

It’s been driven by people with little regard for anyone else, so there’s clearly no plan in place.

Is it wise to believe AI that the coding is wrong think I'd prefer a human study of it myself?

Saw that, the whole thing is disgraceful. Most of the AI that’s used everyday on Google is dreadful, I’d say around 75% of the time it’s wrong.

The google AI stuff is basically somebody skimming the a few search results and repackaging them. It doesn't seem to recognise the difference between primary and secondary sources or discussion.
