Time for kick-off should be about now. The High Court is a sell out apparently. Standing room only.

Official - we are in administration already

But with the right to play league games in CCFC Ltd and the players in CCFC (Holdings) you could be opening a can of worms if you treat them separately. It would be more straight forward for clearing this whole mess up to let the adminstrator treat them as a combined entity.

It could be that everyone is used to bickering that the united front that seems to have just about broken out is taking a while to sink in! :)

OSB didn't you see a list of the ARVO secured items? Was the Golden Share on it?
  9. Sky Blues

Official - we are in administration already

New tweet from Les Reid - same info about Golden Share, but different interpretation of what it means for the court case: "BREAKING: I understand #acl think "golden share" with #CCFC Ltd, so whole club should be in administration @covtelegraph" I think he's saying ACL believe it backs their...

Official - we are in administration already

The charge to ARVO was recorded as being filed in March 2012. When did Sisu stop paying the rent? From my memory of discussions on here I think it was March 2012. As you say, planning for scenario like this?...

Official - we are in administration already

Is ARVO the main creditor because it pushed CCFC Ltd into admin (assuming that was the vehicle used) or because they are owed a greater sum than ACL?
  12. Sky Blues

Official - we are in administration already

Or they cocked up monumentally. Wasn't there a suggestion that they thought they could treat the Golden Share like any other asset and just lodge a claim with the administrator to have it transferred to in lieu of the mystery debt owed to ARVO?
  13. Sky Blues

Official - we are in administration already

But with the transfer deadline passed and no players attached to CCFC Ltd, who would they field to complete the season? It would either take the court or Football League to rule their transfer to (Holdings) was invalid - cue expensive legal battle - or special dispensation from the league to...

Official - we are in administration already

Did he say whether ACL can extend it to cover CCFC (Holdings) Ltd? If the companies are judged as separate, what happens to the players? You can't have a company with League share and no players, or a company with players and no league share surely? The former could not complete the season...

    High Court Match Thread

I guess it might depend on how much information ACL's lawyers have managed to extract from Sisu's lawyers over the weekend. Given Sisu's penchant for openness, I'm not overly optimistic that we'll get a result today.

    Radio 5

He didn't mention the club sold the food and beverage income either, but yes he did seem to have more of a grasp of our plight than many in the national media, who are only just beginning to pay any attention to it.

    Time to go Tim

Also, the administrator has called the lease is one of the assets of CCFC Ltd. Hardly sounds like it is completely null and void for CCFC Ltd.
  20. Sky Blues

    Time to go Tim

When did ACL ever suggest CCFC could not play their games at the Ricoh? They need to have said it to be back tracking. The lease was breached when the club stopped paying rent. CCFC (Holdings) Ltd might think they are shot of the lease, but CCFC Ltd may well have an on-going liability - nothing...
