As Jack said it's all a bit academic now anyway, but if Sisu withdrew their consent to the answers being published then I think it was sensible of the trust not to print them. The trust need to maintain some kind of relationship with Sisu while they are involved with the CCFC. In my opinion...

That's one of the few thing you could have said that would make things worse! Has anyone got any jokes? I think we need more gallows humour. I'm bad at jokes but I'll give it a go: Q. Why did the chicken cross the road? A. We don't know that the chicken crossed the road. The chicken says it...

Ah, administrator doesn't know where Golden Share sits. Holdings believe they have it, but Football League says not. Administrator's statement (2 parts) here: https://twitter.com/BBCCovWarks/status/316625525206552576/photo/1 and https://twitter.com/BBCCovWarks/status/316625091549073408/photo/1

My understanding of Football League and ACL's position after this morning's events was CCFC Ltd is the football club because it owns the Golden Share. So the football club is in administration and facing the points deduction.

Missed the second half, but was just seeing on Twitter that news sources are saying we're getting a 10 point deduction. Has that been confirmed by the league or is that just people applying the minimum expected now it has been confirmed CCFC Ltd is in admin? And how the heck have the debts gone...

I was wondering what happens about the player registrations pre-hearing, but it sounds like ACL believe the golden share trumps everything and the players should be returned to the club. If the administrator gets the player registrations and has to cut costs quickly will we see a few high...

I don't think it is the role of the administrator to punish Sisu. He will be looking to return maximum value for the creditors (ACL and Sisu (through the ARVO fund)) and that might mean a sale. As I understand it Sisu could bid and so could other parties. Mattylad has suggested on a thread today...

1 ACL think not when it comes to the club that matters to you and I. 2 ACL believe the club is in administration, which places it in the hands of an administrator who will look for the best return for creditors. He might look to sell it, in which case SISU might bid for it, but so to could...

They might study that through the lens of their fit and proper person test. I guess they would have to go through that if they want to buy the club back from the administrator...

Or to put it at it's most basic,, the club we all support is in administration and whatever Sisu think they still control ACL do not think it matters.

Guess I've failed in my attempts. :( I think it means the club (or at least the bit that matters) is CCFC Ltd, not CCFC Holdings. It also means a -10 point deduction (at least) and ACL will be watching the administrator like a hawk to make sure he plays fair by them. Ideally, they hope he...

I think ACL believe they can achieve their ambition of a takeover with CCFC Ltd in admin now it has been confirmed CCFC Ltd holds the vital golden share that gives the club entry into the league. More immediately, it does mean CCFC will get at least a 10 point deduction.

I'm guessing that means ACL think the golden share being in CCFC Ltd and not CCFC Holdings basically means the former is not a non-trading subsidiary as we were told by the club, but an active company that is now out of the direct control of Sisu. I.E. They now have someone they can deal with in...
