    Cwr tomorrow

It's a common setup - injecting money as debts as opposed to equity. It guards against hostile takeovers!

    Cwr tomorrow

Maybe that would be a good move by them - put in a bid that see all creditors paid in full (even ACL). They can go back to the FL and say 'part of the club was pushed into administration, but all creditors have been paid in full. We have seen that the company structure we inherited has caused...

    Cwr tomorrow

I think TF is sometimes carried away and tend to be a bit 'over exited' and say things he shouldn't. For instance last summer he said much of the debts to sisu had been converted to equity. Only recently he said ACL would be paid in full. Both are probably something included in their strategy -...

CCLSC minutes 29th May - Fisher Speaks

Sod the statue ... I'd be much more interested in seeing bank statements to support those '£45m' he claim she has put into the club.

CCLSC minutes 29th May - Fisher Speaks

Correct. It seems pretty obvious that Hoffman/Elliott charmed their way into the hearts of both Higgs and CCC at that time.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

I have challenged skybluesquirrel to do a cash flow analysis. That should tell the story.

    Deadline extended for offers

It could also indicate that the creditors have decided to form a creditors committee. Or maybe Appelton is going on a two week holliday to the Caymans.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

Hm, I am not sure how to respond. - They have used the money to buy the company from previous owners and cover the losses ever since. Please read the FAQ's in the finance section. - In the same section you find skybluesquirrels analysis...

    ACL statement

They haven't made the claim to the administrator, so not part of the administration.

    ACL statement

Yes, it has been discussed here too. The way out could be by a creditor voluntary liquidation. The lease is with ltd and if that company cease to exist ACL would have nowhere to go with their claim for the remaining lease. Of course that require FL hand over the GS to Holdings.

We need an public debate with all stakeholders.

PWKH won't attend ... as I said in another thread: Looks like any debate is only going to be in the court.

    If SISU buy Limited

So if you read my posts in this thread from start you will understand why I think sisu staying in control and getting us out of administration while paying the debts owed to ACL - AND negotiate a new lease (3yr or more) is the best realistic outcome for the club.

    If SISU buy Limited

How much will a new owner have to pay for ltd? There are £69m debts owed to other ccfc companies. £10m is secured by ARVO. How much would a third party have to pay? If sisu don't agree with the outcome, then the club will exit administration with a 'none company volantary agreement' - that will...

    If SISU buy Limited

I said the best outcome - it's a relative term. But actually it is the second best - the best would be if a buyer would pay sisu back the £30m or so they have put in over the years. Sadly I don't think this will happen. And as I also don't think sisu will give in to any kind of pressure that...

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

Where did you see this? All the efforts so far by the people on here who know their debet and credit have shown no sign of sisu ever taking one penny out - only putting in some £30m. The 'management fees' referred to by many is an instrument to move assets between the companies in the group. A...

    If SISU buy Limited

I think one possibillity is a 'creditors voluntary liquidation'. I am unsure if that simply require a mjority of the creditors accept or if it requires the acceptance of all creditors. This would probably be the best outcome for the club providing: - FL grants the GS to Holdings - Sisu are...

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

It is quite difficult to explain a very complicated situation in just a few minutes ... I would love it if CWR or the Trust could arrange a face-to-face debate between Fisher and PWKH. But I guess that debate will only happen in the court.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

True - and reading and listening to ACL it seems pretty clear that they will ONLY talk to the administrator. Time for the Trust to put some pressure on ACL/CCC.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

True - he wasn't asked about that.

Fisher On CWR after 8 This Morning

To be fair - he said that the forums are supposed to do just that (explaining the situation, the history long/short term, the vision and plan long/short term).
