    Looking through SISU's eyes

I think Fisher explained it on one of the forums. Ltd was created to handle some of the player tradings - those who would be owned by third party (now illegal). Robbie Keane was one of those players.

The trust need to get ACL to speak

Isn't that the general idea behind the more radical meassures? Why should sisu have the pleassure of killing the club when we can do it ourself (and blame them)?

    Accounts

Wow - the conspiracy theories are moving up a couple of levels!

    Accounts

Are the accounts really that interesting? I mean, they have been scrutinized over and over and we all know the key figures. I would think we really need to see the underlying books as the accounts only show sums and and not origins and items. TF has been critizised for signing off accounts he...

    Who would win this?

I agree, but still the team of the 90th would win.

    TF explains how ........

Well, I don't think I am in any danger of being sued, but that is anyway beside the point. What if the documentation sisu have handed over to the court is not flawless? What would it do to your opinion of this whole mess? If it turns out sisu acted in good faith, jointly with the ccc...

    TF explains how ........

    And if it's not flawed?

    TF explains how ........

I don't know - but maybe that argument could go both ways. Will the ccc actions and motives be judged by the court before the club agree ground share for the coming three seasons when it's too late to negotiate terms of using the Ricoh?

    TF explains how ........

That was not in Dal's post, why should it be in mine? Anyway - it's what sisu are saying in the case they present to the courts.

    TF explains how ........

They weren't trying to shaft ACL - they were trying to shaft Yorkshire Bank. And 'they' were sisu and ccc in joint harmony.

We can't afford you Sisu !!!!!

I am sure if you have been reading a few posts on this forum over the past few days you will agree the debt level is something that will be discussed at the forums. Why not wait and actually listen to the answers and explanations before concluding if the club is actually in £70m debts and if...

Forum Questions that could be asked

I think the process of distressing ccfc started 20 years ago. The club was already hugely distressed when the plan to distress ACL was hatched. It only took the threat of sisu not continue to fund the losses.

    TF explains how ........

What have they offered Higgs for their shares?

    TF explains how ........

Losses and debts are different things. If we owned ACL we (most likely) wouldn't run at a loss. We don't know the full 'value' of the debts. It may say £70m in the accounts, but that is hardly the exact value across the companies in the group. Sisu have bloated the debts as a protection...

Forum Questions that could be asked

What is the truth? We are picking out individual issues and forming opinions without knowing the full context. We really need sisu, ccc and acl to tell us all the 'behind scene stuff' and put it into context. A storyline if you like. For instance - sisu claim their strategy was to acquire the...

    TF explains how ........

Problem is 'our' stadium is killing the club. And is isn't actually 'ours'.

Forum Questions that could be asked

OSB, maybe you can include a few more questions: - What are the exact terms of the loans from the funds and ARVO? Interest, installments, due date, swap to equity. - Are there any plan for issuing shares to the fans, or if not - would the owners be prepared to transfer voting rights of say 20%...

    Cwr tomorrow

Yes - that would be a good strategy. Sisu should give Appelton a mandate to work within. A three year deal. But I guess ACL won't have it.

    Cwr tomorrow

I really think that TF has taken notice. But as long as ACL won't talk to him or sisu - what else can he do?

    Cwr tomorrow

It's a question you should ask at the forum. When we looked into the accounts a few years ago the funding from sisu carried no interest and no periodic installments. I assume that hasn't changed, but it is a valid question. Studies of the most recent accounts show interest paid had gone up...
