Administration does not dissolve contracts ... liquidation does.

    sisu playing a blinder

How can you be sure about that - I have for many weeks asked questions to the meaning if the lease could be broken by liquidation. Nobody has answered. Then at Mondays fourm Fisher told us .... well listen for yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJsRwAVUFmU It's at 07:20 just before the...

And you don't think it's already cleared with FL?

The Real Owners of Otium Enteryainment Group are:.....

But if limited is liquidated as part of the exit? Then surely the lease dies with limited.

The Real Owners of Otium Enteryainment Group are:.....

You don't think they will exit admin through creditors voluntary liquidation? As ACL haven't claimed the remaining part of the lease, then it's not part of the administration. And as ACL receives all their money, I don't think they can object either.

If you think it hysterical right now - wait till next week when groundshare is announced. Only the council can now stop the move away from the city.

I didn't say that - but they share the blame. Protesting against sisu is not achieving the goal - to stay at the Ricoh.

    preferred bidder is sisu

£10m-£12m if even that. The debts are a wall against hostile takeovers and has just proved its efficiency.!

    preferred bidder is sisu

Oh - and it's the way to exit admin while liquidating limited (and the lease to play at the Ricoh)
  10. G

    preferred bidder is sisu

Not strange at all - ACL can be seen as a football creditor. Not paying them in full could have meant trouble with FL.

    ACL (10 char ...)

    The Trust

Alright - you should go to the council and say we, the fans, want ACL and the club agreeing to at least a three year deal before sisu moves the club away and it will be to late to reverse!

Could it be that they were not there? Maybe they don't stay in London? Maybe the office only have mere mortals doing boring administrative jobs?

    Was osb there?

OSB is not being completely fair I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMW6rVXDhlY (part 5). Starting from the beginning of part 5 and for the duration of 3:40 minutes Steve Brookfield explain (tries to) the difference between limited and holdings. OSB follows up with a series of questions...

    Why Fisher's plan WILL fail....

No, you can't use Hearts as an example. Hearts has external debts and an owner who don't want to support the club anymore. Sure, sisu could stop funding at any time, but that is not what we are being told and it would be extremely stupid at this point. The article show that there are plenty of...

Claus Jorgensen - Ricoh row is like a big game of poker...

Julian Grey: No big deal. Despite the rumors I left the Ricoh four years ago and ended up In Walsall, so I have paved the way so to speak.

Tim Fisher: You can't handle the truth!

If the groundshare is the most important issue - why not put pressure on ACL? They are very reluctant to find any solution as long as sisu are owners. Isn't it more likely that the Trust can persuade the ccc and Higgs to change their stance than to force a change a ownership of the club? If the...
