Admin: ACL v SISU, where it might be heading...

No need to be so formal ... Godiva will do.

Admin: ACL v SISU, where it might be heading...

To demonstrate (again) my total ignorance ... what exactly are unconnected creditors, who are they in this case and what are their legal rights? Can they for instance veto the administrators decision?

Admin: ACL v SISU, where it might be heading...

I've asking questions about the lease, but nobody seems to either care or know. I wonder if paying all the creditors and then move for a voluntary liquidation is a way to break the lease.

Admin: ACL v SISU, where it might be heading...

That line reads to me you think the preferred bidder will not be sisu. Who then is your guess?

Admin: ACL v SISU, where it might be heading...

Hmmm - I am not a lawyer, but if sisu wins the bid in a way that pays ACL their outstanding £650k, then I am not sure if anyone can stop the exit from administration. Sure the decision can be challenged, but on what ground can ACL challenge if they are repaid? And why should any appeal...

    Fisher On CWR Now

I haven't seen their calculations, but I think they have an excel sheet large enough and the professionals to figure out which street is the more beneficial. As long as they keep funding the team to the maximum allowed within the FFP, I really can't argue against moving to a new stadium. But I...

    Fisher On CWR Now

ACL are fighting for the lease with 40 odd years left on it. If they have to write that off, they could be in dire straits. The only way the club continue to play at the Ricoh is if ACL is offered to the club at acceptable conditions. Something like Higgs repaid their investment and ccc hand...

    Fisher On CWR Now

The offer wasn't made to him - so it's not his to reject. The offer only applies for the duration of the administration, so it would only count if we don't exit before the season starts.

    Fisher On CWR Now

I don't think he can use the term 'consultation' - it was more like 'information'. The decision was taken and nothing we could have said would have changed it. So definitely not a consultation.

    Fisher On CWR Now

Most blame sisu/Fisher for not trying to talk to ACL for a three year contract, but it seems clear to me that ACL under current management rather have the Ricoh sit empty than have the club play there in the interim while sisu are owners. I wonder if Compass are happy with that. And I wonder if...

    Fisher On CWR Now

Actually there were some who said they could understand why the club need to have access to all year revenue from the stadium. Quite a few said they would follow to a new stadium if built, but none supported the idea of groundsharing in the interim period.

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

Yes - we have discussed this previously, but I wonder WHO they will take action against. The FL and/or FA?

    Baker to Forest?

He must be one of the four players on +8k/wk ... the others being Clarke, Bell and Sheffers. We should keep Clarke and Baker.

    The Forums

Funny that he gives the same answer to the same question every time, isn't it? When did Fisher realize the accounts were 'a mess'? That's the key question. If he didn't know when he signed the one set of accounts he has signed, then surely you can't really blame him. He actually gave a...

    The Forums

In a venue where professionals can have access to the documentation and follow the explainations through the paperwork to prove or disprove the claims. That would likely be either by the administrator - or by the courts. I may be naive (I know I am) but the Trust could send the club a formal...

    The Forums

Again (as above) that is not the venue for those kind of questions. I am sure the administrator is 'on the case' anyway and will reveal his findings in due course.

It really does need answering! But not in a forum - it's not the right venue.
