I don't want to support SISU - but i don't want to kill CCFC either...

As this is all about money, sisu would consider if they will make more profit from building and owning their own stadium or keep on playing at a rented venue. I think they will opt to stay at the Ricoh only if they are offered ACL 100% at a realistic price. The next move will be down to...

Isn't he trying to buy the Higgs shares now (using PH4's money)? I wonder how that will turn out ...

So you have evidence to show that the club will not use the maximum player budget allowed under FFP? Please show me! They did last season - they are planning to do it this season. The player budget in 2014/2015 will be determined by the income in the next season. And for the management fee's -...

The recent events have shown sisu are not selling. They have build a tall debts wall to protect against hostile takeovers. Hoffman can wait in the wings all he wants, but he should have learned his lesson by now.

How long will it take though? They are here for the long run - as long as it takes to build an asset base worth selling. Fisher said 10 years to emphasize their long term commitment. In the meantime if we starve the club of income it will only serve to deplete the player budget and the...

    Sisu's Thinking...

The ccc council! The logic is that as long as the Ricoh sits there as a state of the art football stadium, the council would not agree to another being build. Then you purpose the Ricoh is being transformed into a pure exhibition center when the club leaves to groundshare. That removes the...

And if the Ricoh is transformed into a pure exhibition center, then why can't the new stadium be in Coventry?

I don't know it will be in Brandon, so you must have insight knowledge to state that as a fact. There are not many concerts in the Springsteen league, but a smaller venue can attract more concerts in the league just below The Boss and may even make more money.

I don't recall Fisher or anyone quoting a build price of £20m. It's a myth created when Fisher said the Rotherham stadium would be used as a model - due to it's modularity. That also created the myth that the new stadium would only be a 12k seater.

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

Are you including the full 'story' or just picking bits and pieces? First sisu and ccc agreed that sisu would buy the ACL mortgage from Yorkshire Bank. Then sisu would write off the mortgage! Then the club would buy the Higgs shares. With the mortgage gone both ccc's and the clubs shares would...

You can look at ACL's accounts and then add their results and their assets to the clubs. Then optimize the ACL operation. You should now have a good idea of what sisu want for the club.

Oh, and btw - that's not asset stripping, but liabillity stripping.

I have many times said the debts in limited was to guard against hostile takeovers. I have also said many times that limited will be liquidated as part of the exit from administration (owners voluntary liquidation) and that would break the lease with ACL. I think it's a very, very good thing...

    Sisu's Thinking...

I trust one thing about our owners - they want to make money. As every owner would. And I believe they will build a new stadium as that makes sense from a business perspective. Owning ACL would also make sense, and they even agreed with the council (or council leadership) a plan to get there. As...

    what i know so far...

Well, there was only £11m debts in limited at the point of administration. You are confusing accrued losses and debts. Which shows that your speculations are based on false premises.

But we will get to see the club and group accounts, so if any money take off for the caymans we will know. Still - it will take a while to extract more than the £30m they have put in - especially as there are no assets to sell and even more so if the club is only just breaking even. And the...

    what i know so far...

Ah so it's asset stripping. How does that work when there are no assets to strip? If they owned the Ricoh they would have an asset that could be stripped, but then they would probably also have a profitable club and not a distressed company ripe for asset stripping.

What is the plan then? Keep pouring millions into a deep dark hole without any intention of getting anything back?

Yes I see. There's only one problem - the loans are not carrying any interest.
