How is it a smoke screen? How can sisu make more to take out more?

The new stadium will be owned by a company in the SBS&L group ... be part of the club. Read my post on page one.

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

Or maybe the club and ccc could agree to let sisu buy the mortgage out of Yorkshire Bank and write it off. Then the club could buy the Higgs shares and as the mortgage is gone both ccc and the club would have an increase in assets. And as the club would then have access to all F/B revenue as...

    Sisu's Thinking...

Yes, but Ranson was a football man. I really don't think owning the Ricoh was high on his agenda. And anyway, the rent was relatively small potatos in whole cost scenario back then, and PL was waiting just around the corner ...

Their whole approach has been a PR disaster without precedence! But what can you expect from bankers? They are on a steep learning curve, but it seem too little and too late.

Yes, but it does not prove that any money has actually left the whole group and gone back to sisu. I asked skybluesquirrel a few times if he could do a cash flow analysis, and until we see that we won't really know how the club works financially. I also think that the author may have now...

100m in debts? That brings me back to the question I asked, Dale - what is the purpose of the £70m debts? Why did they not simply put in the money as equity? The answer is simple: To protect against hostile takeovers. The debts will be converted to equity as the club build up assets. Even if the...

    Sisu's Thinking...

How much have sisu taken out of the group and put in their own off shore account? How much of the £70m debt is actually owed to other than the owners? Why did sisu put in their money as loans, free of interest, without an installment plan and no due date? Why not put the money in as equity...

    Sisu's Thinking...

They buy a suitable ground (larger than needed for a stadium alone). Now they have an asset. Then they get planning permission to build a stadium - probably a 20k seater. Then they start selling off pieces of the surrounding land to other parties. That generate a profit. Other parties will build...

Maybe there will be a few ccfc fans as well.

    Your verdict

More precisely: 95.7% of those who participated in the vote on Sky Blues Talk forum ... I didn't participate as there was not an 'I don't know' option.

    PH4 to buy Ricoh

If it happens - and quick - it could be the move needed to secure the club at least 3 more seasons at the Ricoh. It will see the Higgs people leave and the a new management at ACL. But then I think there's a risk Joe Elliott or Gary Hoffman gets on ACL board and that would most likely kill...

    Best interests of creditors ???

How would a break of the lease influence the ACL accounts? Is the value of the lease an asset or left out?

Thanks for the link. I have skimmed the text and without digging in deep or having prior knowledge I think there may be major differences between the case study and the ccfc ltd case. For instance - ARVO holds more than 3/4 of the total debts, so they alone may decide if the administrators...

Then put pressure on the Trust to put pressure on the council. It's the only way to avoid the club moving out of Ricoh.

ACL will be paid £650k - the total debt owed to them. This way sisu make sure no football creditor suffer a direct loss. It's paramount for FL to hand back the GS to sisu.
