Lati and tats terrible
Hamer a pointless signing
Non existent set piece defence training

Gboho, torp and mfuni need to start.
Yirenky did well as well.

Look like we have given up already.

Bentley 6
Mfuni 6
Pinnock 6
Thomas 5
Lati 5
Torp 8
Yierenky - 7 he’s growing on me
Hamer 6
Saka 5
Ghobo 6
Cherif 5

None of the subs looked that arsed. Fear we have had our pants pulled down with Tchouna.

But he still looked better than sakamoto

Torp or Yerenkyi MOM
Mfuni , Gboho and Cherif showed up well , need to see more of them
Hamer , Thomas both a bit meh
Pinnock , Tats , Lati just awful
Bentley not sure what he could do behind that defence tonight

Torp be great if football allowed a quarterback style where we could bring him on for free kicks.

Too slow in mind and body to play in the Premier, gave the ball away so many times ( though not on his own there).

Can't see the good ratings for him myself.

Torp (6.5) okay, yeah. Gboho (6) looked skilful and Yirenkyi (6) is all powerful lunging and driving. Still, barring Torp's free-kick, none of them was especially effective in the context of the game.

Mfuni gets 5.5 for looking like a promising kid. I don't know, Pinnock and Lati can have 5 each but jesus, those goals from corners. Chérif 5 for effort but right now he looks clumsy and raw. Hamer (5) showed for the ball a bit and tried to get things going here and there. Bentley 5 as well, not sure he could have done much more.

Thomas (4) stood out for being involved in bad moments. I don't remember seeing Tats (4) do anything, though it pains me to say so.

I was pleased to see Bidwell and Simms get a go but they had exactly as little effect as could be expected.

Bentley 5 didnt have a chance with the goals but similarly doesnt exude confidence
Lati 3, woeful
Thomas 4, poor by his standards
Pinnock 5,
Mfuni 7, impressive in a sea of defensive mediocrity
Torp 7, faded but played with more incisiveness and speed of thought than others this season
Yirencki 7, good energy levels and physicality
Hamer 3, non existent
Gboho 5, glimpses but lacking familiarity
Cherif 5, again seems to have the physicality and more mobility than other CF options but as above, lacks familiarity
Sakamoto 3, tonight showed again he is simply not at the level

Torp good.
Impressed with what I saw of Mfuni. Hung on to the ball a bit long a couple of times, but he's willing to take on a man.
Hamer looked okay in parts.

Sakamoto not great, but I suspect that's partially lack of game time.
I like Simms, but he looked way off the pace.

Mfuni 5.5? Only one that showed a bit of bollox at times. Was a bit over confident at one point but he’s a starter for me. Pinnock and Thomas not athletic enough for a centre back pairing in the PL.

He faded out when the game had gone, but was battling for the ball, playing clever passes, arriving in the box well, and often if he gave the ball away it was because a team mate had not read his intention; he looked very good, and not at all out of place.

There were some genuinely good individual performances, especially in the first half, but there wasn't really much of looking a cohesive unit moving the ball fluidly with purpose. The main issue (well, apart from the 'defence' against corners) was not looking like a well-drilled team.

Said it in the match thread at half time, but I thought the first half was good, apart from the obvious non-defending at a corner. Obviously they were slicker than us, but they're going to be.

Surprised at the high scores for Mfuni. Great feet, definitely a player there, but a bit naive defensively and didn't know when to release, dont think he's ready to start over Dasilva yet.

Lati, dreadful but not a right back tbf to him.

Yirenki has to start Saturday, bags of energy. Torp good first half. Hamer glimpses of quality and loads of effort, just not sure how we fit him into our best XI.

As team we were poor in both boxes. I'm not convinced Cherif is ready, but Simms not right either, so not sure what's best up top. Hopefully Wright back soon.

I'm assuming everyone has forgotten how Mfuni fucked up for their 3rd? Thought he looked lost

Two absolutely batshit takes
Did I upset your feelings when you slagged off Hamer earlier? If you cant see what he brings then football isnt for you. You'd rather be lazy and keep calling him fat than watch what's in front of you.

He was atrocious
The ball he played down the left was sublime. The flick Ellis didn't read, the 3 great passes through the middle, the tracking back to defend in the 2nd half. Yeah, atrocious.

The flick wouldnt have been caught by speedy gonzalez. It was straight through to the keeper.

You're blinkered by the old Hamer.

Apart from his surging run down the right but led to nothing of a threat and one press that looked promising.

Not at all, I was one who was pissed our fans were giving him the reacharound when he wasnt our player. I even said in my post in here I dont know how you fit him into our best XI but I'm not so biased against him that I dont see his positive contribution.

It felt like the rest of the team had given up when Simms came on, he had to feed off scraps.

And when he lost it in our own box first half. We got away with it and I applaud him being brave on the ball, but sometimes you just have to get rid.
