Jay O'Shea, out of contract at Chesterfield would be a good one, always been impressive when I've seen him play and Lord knows we need some wingers.

Bradden Inman from Crewe - always bloody scores against us, so maybe he could do it for us. 9 goals from midfield this season on an awful Crewe team.

Amari bell at fleetwood, had Murphy in his pocket. Not a great claim on your cv but big and fast.

Callum harriott at Charlton. Is that the lad who was at Colchester at start of season? Did ok for them.
I was going to mention him, but he's one of those with a poor work rate, and very similar to Murphy, without the goals in his game a yet... So doubt many will like him

Yeah aware he's got a reputation for having a bad attitude. On the plus side there is certainly enough players to choose from. I know it won't happen butany rrumours about where Daniel Bentley is going? And sawyers?

Bentley is wanted by many championship and premier league clubs
Sawyers not seen any rumours but will be in championship

Bradley Fewster could well be a player on TM's radar as he gave him his first pro contract with Bryn Morris at middlesborough.
He's currently on loan at York city from Middlesbrough and has scored 8 in 20 games for a struggling York side. He's not a bad return in the u21 premier league also scored 5 in 6 before his loan spell.
Scored goals for England at u17 3 in 7, u18 5 in 3 and u19's 4 in 5
League 2's player of the month for February and described as a fox in the box.

Could most likely look at any Bury players in summer, as I'm almost certain they overspent trying to go up this year, and that has obviously failed. So would see if we can get any of their players on the cheap.

Why on earth do people say such things as "email this list to the club" do you really not think they are perfectly aware of who is available on a free or who is looking to move?

Leon Clarke

Not been in the same form since the loss of his dad at new year. Tho he was a thorn in the few chances bury created when we hammered them. Missed a guilt edge chance that game also.
Got another 2 years left on his current deal but we all know with leon that don't mean a thing..

Would argue it's similar to Armstrong and us rather than anything to do with his dad. Bury team isn't creating anywhere near as much, and so striker isn't scoring anywhere near as many goals,

Very true, bury were flying early in the season and tailed off quite quickly. Leon is a very good striker in league one. I'd not offer Tudgay a contract if we could get leon in.
It's more likely tuggy will stay, than leon in

A young Lad called Jacob Blyth 6ft-3in, around 12-5-13 st
CF.
A lad at work keeps telling me about him.
Started at Nuneaton Griff then to Bedworth, Leamington then bought him.
Got scouted by Blues and played a development game for them.
The next day before Blues had done anything Pearson and Leicester got in and signed him around the same time as Vardy.
He scored a fair few for their development team and has had around four loans currently at Blackpool.
Not a prolific marksmen by all accounts but a very useful target man.
Possibly a ten to twelve goal a season striker at this level.
Contract may be ending at Foxes

Ugly football is just as effective as good passing football. <snip>

No, it isn't. It may work in some games but if it was the most effective tactic, every team would be playing it. It also turns of fans - they don't want to watch it.

So the shite up the M69 don't like there brand of football then? Vardy not made a season out of balls over the top?
Point I was making at the time is to mix it up, different tactics from time to time. A target man to feed a nippy goal scorer can be rewarding and win games just as much as passing football.
This is league one, physical at times as AA has found out this season and you don't always get your luck. So a bruit to feed off maybe the perfect foil.
Also since that post we've beaten Bradford with a long ball over the top from Stephens, AA hustled the defender he made a mistake and Rose hammered it home. Passing football we had no joy in breaking them down on the night, then a single ball over the top and we came away with 3 pts.
I'll take that as a fan.

Not a bad shout at all, coming to the end of his contract. Scored s few goals in the u21 premier league so no's where the net is. Fits the young hungry mould to build around and local lad like you say.

Potentially Interesting
Him, Hanson
And two versions of Armstrong in season long loans.
As long as we beat Bradford in the play offs of course

Certainly plenty of quality players out of contract for this level. There is hope on the horizon and I'd say we were better equipped this time around to have a good go too.

Apparently he was a good foil to the lad?? who banged a load in for Burtons promotion last season.
No idea, not against signing him, just don't think he would score 10-12 goals look at the likes of fortune, Jackson, nouble, tudguy, etc. Looking at his record he only started 15 games for Burton.
