it was a squad that was 1 pt off safety in january so fair to say it was at least capable of remianing like that till end. poor squad maybe but relegation was never foregone conclusion

but nothing new has been learnt,we both know where each other stand. regardless of thoughts on mowbray/slade/turnbull think we are both happy he is to leave and his wages can be used on a new signing

You put the blame solely at Slades door and results rightly back up that claim over the 13 games or so in charge.

Robins proved this. In the form the squad displayed under Robins they should have been a mid table team. Under the other 3 managers form was rock bottom with Slades being the worst.

TM did the right thing in resigning when he did as it allowed plenty of time to turn things around. Allowing Venus to be caretaker for so long was disastrous and appointing Slade was even worse. If we’d appointed Robins from the off when Mowbray resigned there’s no reason to believe we wouldn’t have stayed up and not wasted a January transfer window to boot.
