Tell em bollocks, would take more than that for a stage appearance. wankers

We need to sell someone - clearly the hamer interest hasn’t materialised to a fee that is meaningful either so the values will decrease

Reckon ideally we need to sell the two, both at their peak value.

Nah, he’s got loads of improvement in him. I’m a big Vik believer. Plus he’s still on his OG contract which will hamper value a bit. Hamer and O’Hare just signed big money extensions.

His spotty finishing is my worry. If he starts the season with another bad run like the one in the middle of last year then I wouldn't expect us to get an eight-figure sum for him.

Think there’s a good chance Vik is at his peak value now too.
Unless he gets injured, Vik will improve and go up in price. He is a beast and that is a rare quality in football now. Defenders hate to play against players who can bully them like Vik can.

It is understood that he is unhappy at how the transfer window is unfolding so far, with only one deal all-but over the line, and he has conveyed those frustrations to the club hierarchy.

Silva is said to be upset that he returned to pre-season on June 29 to work with 10 outfield players, having given the board targets to pursue at the end of last season. He is thought to be expecting as many as 10 new faces this summer.

Think they’re throwing loads of offers out there to clubs…

His bad run coincided with the injury he sustained at Blackburn with that dreadful tackle that was a penalty. He was playing through it when really he should have been rested.

Thing with a headline bid of £5m is, what does it entail? Is it upfront or installments? If so, over how long? What kind of add-ons are involved?

I'd want more than £5m, even if it were up front.

As for add-ons, I'd have a standard set even for players that are let go on free transfers. Not just linked to stuff like International caps, but payments for every first team game they play for that club (say £100k per PL/Europe, £20k FLC, £5k L1, £1k L2) and a min. 20% add-on of all subsequent transfer fees the buyer received.
