We play 1 striker tbf, Awoniyi and Cherif haven't come here to sit about let’s be honest. I think if we get a decent offer for Simms we take it. You have BTA as 3rd choice who would likely not be needed anyway and Wright coming back at some point.

One is a bit injury prone don’t get me wrong good signing and the other is 19 we aren’t going to risk being left with just those two options up top.

Thats all great if you have an unlimited squad size, the reality is we dont.
Players have to be moved on, and you can only move on players that other clubs want to take on.
