I agree with @Fergusons_Beard on this as I think if we loan him we will get him match fit so Chelsea can benefit from that, I would think differently if he hadn't been banned as he is obviously a very good player. Also if Cherif can play LW as well that is that position covered by him & EMC.

It's all about opinions. I worry that we will end up with a team with only MVE & Grimes that we owned from last season. No place for Sakamoto, Thomas, EMC, Torp, Eccles, Simms or Haji & not all of them will even make the match day squad. I know some players will have to leave but I just hope the togetherness & spirit of the squad from last season isn't totally eradicated.

Seeing Southampton and Burnley linked with a £4million move for Ahmedhodzic. I personally think he would be a decent back up in central defence, were we to offload two of Woolf, Lati and Kitch, and bring in another main CB. Obviously nothing been mentioned linking Coventry with him, but he has PL experience, and played last season for Feyenoord.

We’re not loaning out a player with less than a year left on his contract. It’ll be permanent if he goes. Shame as I rate him and think he could be useful in the prem.

I think Sakamoto will get plenty of minutes this season along with EMC and Thomas. Eccles will be off on loan, not sure where Torp fits in or Simms. Couldn't give a toss about Haji

The more I think about Mudryk the more I feel it’ll be a terrible mistake.

Undoubtedly the kid has skill and talent but it goes completely against Kings and the clubs policies to loan a player just to get him fit for his parent club.

He hasn’t played a competitive game for so long and image him having to be picked ahead of EMC or Saka who work their socks off for us.

His obvious poor personal choices (party life away from football) would have an impact too.

Just doesn’t sit right with me and the more I think about it the more I believe it ain’t happening.

We play 1 striker tbf, Awoniyi and Cherif haven't come here to sit about lets be honest. I think if we get a decent offer for Simms we take it. You have BTA as 3rd choice who would likely not be needed anyway and Wright coming back at some point.
