No way are we paying the kind of money they want for Stansfield. Harvey Elliott would cost less and has more potential and proven premier league experience. Rudoni is a better 10 that Stansfield and don’t rate him as a striker.

One thing I would say for Stansfield - we’re not gonna see a lot of the ball, he’ll do a lot more harrying and putting pressure on than Wright will. Not saying I’d rather Stansfield over wright - but you can start to see where he’s fit in

2) I never bragged we should sign him at all. I said it will be funny as I would be able to enjoy his success and others wouldn't. He doesn't stand out as a signing a premier team would make but maybe recruitment team see potential in him.
