The key thing now is to act quickly. Can't have a caretaker in place for 3 or 4 games like we did with Richard Shaw and get cut further adrift.

The reality is our current model at the club ensures that despite early signs of promise , all managers here fail longer term , because the club is rotten to the core and needs a dramatic overhaul , the owners have to go
