Well that's it , everything Will be fine now won't it .
Kept us up first year , 8th last year and this year it hasn't worked out for him .
He's a nice man , an honourable person that deserves better than this poisoned chalice , I wish him all the best .
See you all again for the same chat in 15 months lads and lasses #deluded

Did juggy tell you? Was he in the toilet in the casino when Tim Fisher was having a piss and he overheard him talking about his paperboy who works for CET and they say he had made walked?

I think his interview confirms he's on his way. Only way he won't be is if Venus can talk him round. And the only way he could do that is by leaving the board and helping out his old pal from the bench like the good ol' days!

Felt quite emotional (not really........) listening to him post match.

But as I've just posted on the other Mowbray thread, it's nice to hear him be so honest and Frank about it. Saying what we are all thinking. And yet he's not hanging around in the hope he can get a pay off.

I genuinely think he cares for this club, more so than some former pro'S who've been on the books, both managers and players!

Why are people deluded? If there was no sisu he would have been gone weeks ago.

I have heard as well that he informed the players straight after the game he is leaving and wished them all the best for the future and to stick together.

I can see Fuckface Fisher grinning alongside the next poor bastard to take the job after 'taking our time to get the right man'.. cue the cliche's; 'this club deserves to be Premier League', 'what we need is stability', 'a talented group of players who are short on confidence'. Whoever it is I'll give it a year before he's gone.

Thanks Tony, genuinely gutted to see you go in all honesty.

If you think long term it's going to get better , then yes you are deluded .
I think 12 managers and caretakers in 9 years proves that , bring whoever in we will be having this same chat over and over , because no manager will succeed under the current regime ...fact.

Meanwhile the tossers sat at the top are still here , that's the more urgent matter that needs addressing

probably, but the time was right, tonight was a very low point.
Still gave me one of my most enjoyable seasons for some time last season.
A decent man and I wish him well.
