All barking up the wrong tree imo or no need to say that they've "not only been looking at coppers, but instead matched with the entire database". I could be wrong, but I think it's a civvy/crim. If it's not one of the armed robbers then perhaps Terry Boyle, Carl Banks or Steph who are about the only non-coppers that have been in this series to my knowledge (other than those in prison last night eg solicitor chap who was killed).

I think H is that copper that gave Arnott the faranheit order in the very first episode.

Never in it enough for you to think hes a 'regular' but always pops up here and there. We all know how dodgy he was with Arnott before his move to AC12 plus he was having a dodgy conversation with Dot in series 3
