No I don’t agree! I think I’m right in saying it’s the highest scoring Euros ever- it was up to the semis anyway. If you got bored by North Macedonia then maybe you’re just a modern day football supporter, only interested in the ‘big boys’.

If i was interested in the big boys i wouldnt have supported Cov for the last 25 years haha

Wow

was a fucking party last night.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen an England team so dominant on such a big stage. We deserved that clear as day.

Isn't GSTQ seen as English by the Scots? Isn't she the Queen of England, the UK & the Commonwealth (in that order)?

Don’t know tbh

The booing of the anthems is interesting- loads of people on social media saying it’s wrong, but probably more calling them snowflakes and that “it’s what we do”. Italians seeing it as great way for us to motivate their players, god knows why we still do it. Do any other countries boo the anthems? I have no idea

Based on the fine Bulgaria got for fans monkey noises at our black players a slap on the wrist will be sufficient for booing an anthem

Some traction in the media for a bank holiday Monday..

Sign this also lads

Archived Petition: Give the UK a Bank Holiday on Monday July 12th if England win Euro 2020

England may be playing a European Championship Final at 8pm on Sunday 11th July. It would be beneficial and sensible to give the country the day off the next day if England win, in the form of an extra Bank Holiday Monday.

Might need a bank holiday win or lose to be fair

Got to admit I was worried at times, it was a lot about the midfield battle and Delaney and Hojbjerg are solid players who got the upperhand on Phillips and Rice for good spells in the first hour. Kane dropped in and helped out brilliantly at times though and took the Danish pair out the game and popped balls round the corner to Saka and Sterling and that was doing the damage. Credit to them but we were the stronger side in the end.

But we are England, they'll ban us from the World Cup or something.

Here’s the answer- the Danes themselves going to town on the Finnish anthem

Not even close to the booing last night. Anyway, move on - it does show a lack of class, though

We use GSTQ for UK things though. If anything, it possibly encourages separatist movements to use it for England, as we're effectively equating England with UK and forgetting the other ones. Don't we use Jerusalem at the Commonwealth Games?

I find it’s like watching Cov- impossible to be objective during the game as I’m too caught up in it, it’s only after the match you can see the reality. During last night I was shitting it at times, looking back though and seeing the stats it was actually comfortable.

You're right. I can't think of any major chances they had. They had that one which Pickford saved but it ended up being offside. The biggest threat they had was taking us to penalties and beating us there.

They’ve been singled out in La Gazzetta as being the weak spot in the England team.
A lot of praise for Sterling though.

Still in bed.

Had Uber drop round a bottle of voddy after the pub.

Already making preparations for the all dayer Monday after we win.

Football’s coming home.

Going to be a similar battle tbf. Wonder if Hendo might get the nod over Phillips for the final. Big call to make but his experience might make the difference.

We have Kane, they have a Krankie - not surprising they're a little upset.

Inconsequential. Would be like CCFC claiming that Chelsea are our main rivals.
