No I don’t agree! I think I’m right in saying it’s the highest scoring Euros ever- it was up to the semis anyway. If you got bored by North Macedonia then maybe you’re just a modern day football supporter, only interested in the ‘big boys’.

If i was interested in the big boys i wouldnt have supported Cov for the last 25 years haha

Don’t know tbh

The booing of the anthems is interesting- loads of people on social media saying it’s wrong, but probably more calling them snowflakes and that “it’s what we do”. Italians seeing it as great way for us to motivate their players, god knows why we still do it. Do any other countries boo the anthems? I have no idea
Based on the fine Bulgaria got for fans monkey noises at our black players a slap on the wrist will be sufficient for booing an anthem

Wow

was a fucking party last night.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen an England team so dominant on such a big stage. We deserved that clear as day.
Got to admit I was worried at times, it was a lot about the midfield battle and Delaney and Hojbjerg are solid players who got the upperhand on Phillips and Rice for good spells in the first hour. Kane dropped in and helped out brilliantly at times though and took the Danish pair out the game and popped balls round the corner to Saka and Sterling and that was doing the damage. Credit to them but we were the stronger side in the end.

Isn't GSTQ seen as English by the Scots? Isn't she the Queen of England, the UK & the Commonwealth (in that order)?
We use GSTQ for UK things though. If anything, it possibly encourages separatist movements to use it for England, as we're effectively equating England with UK and forgetting the other ones. Don't we use Jerusalem at the Commonwealth Games?

I find it’s like watching Cov- impossible to be objective during the game as I’m too caught up in it, it’s only after the match you can see the reality. During last night I was shitting it at times, looking back though and seeing the stats it was actually comfortable.

You're right. I can't think of any major chances they had. They had that one which Pickford saved but it ended up being offside. The biggest threat they had was taking us to penalties and beating us there.

They’ve been singled out in La Gazzetta as being the weak spot in the England team.
A lot of praise for Sterling though.
