To be fair if we were still in the Championship and looking for a manager, Eustace would be very high on my list. Got a lot of time for him.

If and when Lampard leaves he would be my favourite to take over. He has got little old Derby to the edge of the playoffs playing good football. Enjoyed playing against them.

Just to be clear, when I said "bullshit" I meant their saying they had an exclusive story that Coventry City had sounded out Derby County manager John Eustace in case Chelsea lure Frank Lampard. They say "sources have told them", which is fucking bullshit.

If Derby make the playoffs be unlikely Eustace would come to us. Derby are absolutely trying to replicate our model and keeping the manager for the rest of the “project” would seem key to this like Frank and us last year.
