He played 3 games and looked like an actual Premier league player. Not a very fair assessment on your behalf.

It's not an assessment, it is a statement of fact, xG conceded in the games he played 2.15 + 0.72 + 1.7 + 2.22 (6 big chances)

Since then 1.10 + 1.84 + 0.86 + 0.55 (4 big chances)

Obviously more to it than that given the opposition faced in those games but it is a fact that we have given up fewer chances since he was out of the team

Amenda looked good before his injury bar Brighton game (everyone looked dreadful that game because of the opposition/red card). We are walking a very thin line with center defensive backup currently. Lati playing any games would be a disaster and basically a guaranteed defeat.

Agreed mostly not 100% sure on the last part, he’s a good fight for the point backs against the wall defender. So we might get a draw with him in if thats the case

"Small" calf issue apparently. Doesn't sound likely he'll be in the squad this weekend.

Bobby’s always having issues with his calf, something they’re probably making sure is okay rather than keeping him playing through it

Definitely sounds more positive than many of us feared based on FL's comments today framing it around doubts about Saturday. Mfuni has shown enough that we can have faith in him stepping in

I think the only issue with Mfuni is that it's a left footed player in the right CB position, which can feel a bit awkward. That said, if we try and play through midfield more he might help us in that regard with his ability on the ball to play through lines.

Pinnock swapped over on Saturday to play on the right so they may go with that although it still leaves 2 left footed Centre halfs. More worrying is Brobbey against Mfuni, and the physical mismatch.

Im currently on an Australia/New Zealand month long cruise drinking a glass of top quality red and avoiding smart arse narcissists. I dont give a fuck. Let that sink in 😂

You’re drinking a glass of top quality red wine at 8.51 am? Bit early to start?
