I assume that, until he has settled in, he will just get minutes from the bench.
After that, I would expect him to play (a) when he deserves to on merit (b) when we have injuries/suspensions or other players suffer a loss of form (c) in matches where his pace will be particularly important and (d) when we need to rest players. The fact that he can play LCB, LB and LWB will obviously improve his chances.
I just hope that the loan agreement doesn’t require us to give him a guaranteed number of minutes, as this could lead to us having to play him on occasions when we would otherwise choose not to.
He does come with glowing reports, so there is a good chance that we will want to give him a fair amount of game time and it is of course possible that he might nail down a starting place. It’s good to have choices.
