who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

You know damn well that I cannot prove which ones they've invested in. http://www.efinancialnews.com/story/2014-02-10/hymans-robertson-steps-up-push-for-pooled-uk-council-pensions Now this article talks about how local councils invest in hedge funds. In fact the first line says £171 billion...

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

If the club were to be liquidated - we would probably lose our place in the football pyramid and have to re-apply several leagues below. There is no financial value to anyone in it.

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

How many business have the SISU group of companies actually liquidated? I assume you'll know exactly seeing as you are so certain. Also saying there is a threat of liquidation due to financial difficulties is not the same as saying 'we are going to liquidate this business'.

    Football 4 Heroes

I'm glad the Charity had the opportunity to raise lots of money for a very good cause. This kind of thing should be encouraged more. Shame Simon had to ruin it with that tweet - not necessary.

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

The golden share would not be their asset though? It would go back to the FL, and so would not generate any financial return. The only way the golden share will offer any kind of financial incentive is if it is intact - so SISU selling the club as it is. You're only surmising on what type of...

    League One next season

I think it's a relatively weak league - there's an opportunity there to be taken if the clowns off the pitch can sort their shit out between them.

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

There's a big difference between fucking up a business and actively seeking to destroy a 100 year old professional sports team. Their company of businesses would fall apart if they allowed CCFC to go to the wall.

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

Points deductions aside, I don't think there is any evidence that a liquidation event would occur seriously. There is simply no logic to it. Now before the inevitable comments that they haven't applied much logic so far - financially it doesn't makes sense - they wouldn't even have the golden...

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

The judge was wrong in the recent court case, its clearly -10 all

Threaten? It was brought up in a conversation, it's not like they popped down to the Courts to make an application is it?

who thinks we will be liquadated if sisu dont win the judicial review

They have a far greater chance of recouping their investment if the club continues. If it was liquidated they would get zero. Absolutely nothing. It is quite possibly the most ridiculous suggestion that people make... fucking scaremongers.

Fucking hell... do you also believe that the moon is made of cheese and the Illuminati secretly run the globe? Never heard such nonsense.

So what do you get for £6.5 million?

Definitely the best option. CCFC control everything that goes on in the complex. The club can hire an events expert (AEG for example) to run the stadium in conjunction with them.

So what do you get for £6.5 million?

Even better would be Higgs selling up, then ACL being bought out - only leaving CCFC and CCC

Mondays Player / manager meeting thread

I hope that's true - I would think that is a fair deal. Include a big bonus for promotion (do that for all the players)

    todays game and thoughts

To be fair Bristol is the 6th biggest city I think, and one of it's teams just went out of the Football League.

    Like a damp squib

Our season was ruined the day the CVA was rejected. The fact we have managed to salvage anything from it is a relative success. And particularly the first half of the season was the most exciting football I've seen since Black was in charge briefly.

    Sixfield rent

Who has denied temporary rent offers being made? Since the end of the previous season we had the offer via the administrator - now didn't that offer rely on use remaining in administration? Then we had the offer from Gary 'White Dhinsa' Hoffman - who saw an opportunity to make money out of...
