Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

Unbelievable - you sound like a politician.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

Would you not think minutes would be relevant on a decision like this?

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

John I think you're confused, that's what the Council QC said.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

That's what Simon said on his tweet... Live from the courtroom. Though there may have been individual councillors notes.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

If I want to claim back a fiver expenses from my work I have to complete a form with details and receipt. But spending £14m isn't worth making any notes on????

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

So just to be clear, the meeting where £14m of taxpayers money was agreed to be spent - was NOT minuted. Just let that sink in for a few seconds before you gasp at the ineptness.

    More united than we realise

Given your 3 points you've raised and we've discussed - your maillot would suggest that point 3 is the most pertinent to you... When it fact point 1 is for me far more important.

    Ricoh sponsor value

Police costs could never have been included in the rent could they? If we didn't pay rent for nearly a year - and said rent included policing costs, we would have never been allowed to host our league games.

    More united than we realise

I agree with the first 2 - and partly agree with the third. The plan to get the club on a sound financial footing is a good one, but the execution has been abysmal.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I'd welcome it as well. I think we all would. In fact I'd like to see everything from a club perspective from about 1995 onwards. Perhaps you can lobby CCC/ACL to pursue this, as they clearly felt the admin process was flawed, seeing as that was the reason we were deducted 10 points. Lets get...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

Apparently they have been asking for this from the start of the process. As someone has already said, they probably know what is in there, but want it put in the public domain.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

You're missing the point - if the council have done nothing wrong then there would be no issue in the documents being made public will there? It's not like they are requesting personal information is it?

    Shameless Money Grabbing

The man is clearly a tit.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

If the council have done everything above board as they make out, publishing some documents that SISU want to see won't be a problem will it??

    Council Protest

I think this, amongst many reasons is why a protest at Council is worthwhile in conjunction with others They should have just come out and said ages ago that they will make no comment until the conclusion of the JR. At least people wouldn't be left guessing.

    Council Protest

But you conveniently forget the vast amount of times that CCC/ACL have been asked to comment and clarify their position and have ignored every one. Just because the majority have a particular opinion.. it doesn't automatically make them right. Everyone is to blame - not just SISU.

How's This Going To Help The English Game?

In the document it apparently says that PL clubs should financially incentivise lower league clubs to push it through... in other words bribe them

How's This Going To Help The English Game?

Totally agree.. he also got taken apart on Talksport about an hour ago. The man is a fucking tool.

Andy Turner tells it how it is...

What recognition do you expect? I said that it maybe was not the most appropriate thing given what is going on but why should the children that do go not be given a first class experience?? So the ones that don't won't feel left out? Most children that do or don't go will have that decision...

Andy Turner tells it how it is...

It might not be appropriate given the current context, but having actually taken 2 small children to their first ever game where they were given an excellent experience in the stadium (apart from the 90 minutes of football) so I think some recognition is fair.
