Fair. I think MR's plan was to have 2 types for the wing-back roles, solid & steady Eddie's who can offer good delivery (Bidwell & Kane) vs more pacy, dynamic attacking types (Dabo & Maatsen/Adaramola) which gives good balance & allows you to select personnel accordingly or change on the fly...

I think you're reading into something that's not there. There is nothing implied, it's clearly stated unequivocally what it includes. If people choose not to read the statement that's up to them.
