The players we have have all been recruited to play in the current system, switching to a back 4 & completely changing the style of play would really be putting square pegs in round holes & imo would create far more issues than it would solve.

👍🏻 In fairness, as others have said, it's not particularly telling as he almost never missed a game until now. In fact, before this injury the only other game he missed completely was the defeat by Swansea back in March.

I'm not 100% of when the cut-off/changeover is. I would assume start of the new Dutch season so 5th August but I'm speculating - none of it is particularly clear.

Surprised it hasn't already happened, not especially us but some of the bigger clubs at this level certainly. We seem to have a good relationship with Ross County at the minute, might be worth exploring.
